I am a first time buyer so this was my first time using a surveyor, I looked around and gathered a few quotes.
I went with Cornerstone as the rate was very competitive, the booking process was easy, the follow up phone call was very helpful and informative, and the final report was well laid out and thoroughly explained all the findings from the survey. I would not hesitate to use Cornerstone again for future purchase and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Rhys did a structural survey for me which was extremely thorough, it was obvious he had carefully examined all aspects of the house in great detail. The survey gave me a very good understanding of the house condition and structure, plus all necessary work required at the house. Rhys meticulously went over all aspects of the house and stayed at the property many hours longer than the average survey time.
On a personal level Rhys is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and helpful, he dedicated a lot of time to making sure I understood everything I needed to know about the property.
I would definitely highly recommend Rhys and will return to Cornerstones for future surveys.
