Absolutely terrible customer service, my item came damaged and it’s impossible to get a replacement, I just keep getting the same response by email asking me to send pictures even though I have done it already numerous times, if you are in the uk don’t buy from this company.

Nomrally I wouldnt shop with a company with no reviews that is unknown but my sister insisted she wants their product for xmas. So I took the leap of faith & the delivery was fast and efficient and the product was well made.
