Pristine quality refurb chair! You'd be a mug to pay full price. Great service too. Had an issue with delivery, got resolved easily. Would recommend to anyone, and buy again myself.

I’m extremely happy with the Haworth Zody chair I purchased from Corporate Spec. The chair itself is fantastic—comfortable, well-built, and exactly what I was looking for.
I also want to highlight their outstanding customer service. When the chair first arrived, I encountered a small issue. I reached out to customer support, and their response time was incredibly fast. They resolved the problem immediately and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
Overall, great product and truly exceptional service. Highly recommended!

Just amazing!
We would give Corporate Spec more than 5 stars if we could. We originally purchased our office chairs from them several years ago, and the quality has been excellent – but what has truly stood out is their continued level of care and support long after the sale.
A special mention to Michael, who has been consistently outstanding. He is attentive, genuine, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of, even years later.
Exceptional products, and customer service that is genuinely rare to find. Highly recommended.

reliable
Happy with my purchase. Chair arrived in a pristine condition, delivered person was courteous and brought the chair to the first floor for me as I have a back issue. I just needed to oil the mechanisms because the chair was a bit still when I tried to adjust but after that it's been perfect for my health condition.

Humanscale Refurbished Liberty Task Chair
Website was excellent and informative. Description of chair I had chosen was detailed, especially explaining the level of refurbishment provided and options for material or leather finish. The chair when received was like a brand new chair. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. Perhaps not the cheapest when looking at refurbished or second hand chairs, but the website content, description and level of refurbishment made it an easy choice. I have not been disappointed and could not be happier with my purchase.

FALSE delivery claims
After much searching i found the chairs I was looking for.
Their websites states "free delivery on all items within mainland UK"
This is a lie. I wanted the chairs (several £ 000 worth of order by the way) delivered to Scotland. Oh, that will be an additional charge.
Last time I looked Scotland is still part of the UK.
Bogus claim, bogus advertising - I wonder what else is bogus at CorporateSpec?
Will order elsewhere...

Hi Matthew,
Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding our delivery policy. I’m sorry for any confusion or disappointment caused by how our delivery information appeared on our website.
To clarify, our free delivery offer applies to most mainland UK postcodes; however, a small number of remote regions in Scotland incur a courier surcharge due to higher shipping costs. This information is clearly outlined in our delivery terms, but I completely understand how it could be overlooked.
We always strive to be transparent with our policies and make them as clear as possible for every customer. Your feedback will help us improve how we communicate this on our website.
If you have any further questions or would like us to review a specific delivery location, please feel free to reach out to us directly.

Excellent quality and service
Really pleased with my purchase. If I didn't know it was refurbished I'd have thought the chair was brand new, it has clearly been properly refurbished. The order and delivery process was great too, I did need to use your chat function to sort something out during the order and that was excellent. The difference a high quality ergonomic chair has made to my daily life is significant, no more sore and stiff back at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend Corporate Spec to anyone looking for similar purchases.
