Shady Business
I thought I was going to get the very best in services with GetMoreHair UK and Cosmedica's reputation. I was proved wrong. The clear disinterest of GMH providing even the most basic and decent customer service became clear to me particularly over time despite the initial welcome message saying "call me anytime." Repetitive ignoring of my calls, texts & emails gave me no choice but to cancel my arrangement and lose my $400 deposit. What a waste! I saved my booking confirmation so don't try to claim fake review or fake customer like was done before w GMH on this site. This UK booking agent is a very Narcissistic person whose focused on what he's going to get out of the equation and talked almost exclusively about himself without any focus on you or your specific needs/plans. Proved to me to not care one bit about my concerns or questions after getting my deposit $$$. That was my experience. And, why on Earth would a company that's in Istanbul, Turkey not even list one representative to deal with (For USA citizens) by phone in Turkey but only this one non responsive person in England? Go ahead and look online. It makes no sense whatsoever. AVOID.

There was no "we" which was the big problem. It was just "HE" that one guy who didn't bother to answer questions, calls, texts and emails when he didn't feel like it. He won't bother helping you make arrangements additionally otherwise on your trip unless it serves HIS purposes. It's a total scam. There's no WE in the company just ONE guy and that sucks. If there had been more than that one guy I likely still may have used that service. The "WE" is also a ruse.
