I purchase from CSS for two years know, products and CPSR bespoke and ready to purchase. I'm always happy from the Custom service specially. I was just start up when I first approached Suzanne regarding bespoke CPSR and I was lost! I had previous really bad experience so it was surprising for me to have such an amazing informative service. I am grateful for all team and to Joanne for guiding me in this process, to grow products base for my business.

Only the high delivery costs plus the additional costs for a delivery outside the EU are a minus in my eyes.

Amanda was a great guide to introduce me to CSS. She replied quickly and in detail. There were no questions left. Unfortunately, the person in charge for my safety reports was not as supportive, and questions during the process were not answered at all. To make sure, I checked my spam folder daily, but nothing ended up in there. After the process, my questions regarding the report itself were answered. Unfortunately, the docs I had sent were not checked and so I was asked a few times for sending information they already had. But maybe that person was just overwhelmed with work.
However, on a positive side the costs are on a reasonable level. Especially, since there are several versions of a basic recipe included.
Now that I know, how CSS works, next time will go smoother.

FYI: The report does not contain any information about the allergens contained in the product, which must be indicated on the packaging. My previous German laboratory always provided this information. Plus some commonly used documents in the EU are not accepted and have to be created anew for CSS.

So far I'm just trialling a recipe for soap to sell - CSS Ltd have been extremely helpful (specifically Suzanne) & I hope to soon be able to submit my recipe for approval to them.

Leaking Patchouli and no replacement.
I ordered a large bottle of Patchouli oil will leaked all over the box, the bottle is half empty. I send a message to the customer service and they won't supply me with a replacement or refund because I contacted them 3 days after the order arrived, which was apparently too late. This cost me a lot of money and I am very unhappy about the standards of the company and the customer service

I’m a new customer to CSS and so far, I am NOT disappointed at all. As well as having a very good, clear website with a wide selection of ingredients and CPSR’s, they also have a fantastic Facebook support group. This is a huge bonus. The environment on there is friendly, informative and is run by Tania Tegg, an Ambassador and formulator for CSS. It has to be said; Tania is an absolute star. She’s online to offer support, give advice when it’s asked for and nothing is too much trouble. She has been such a kind and supporting person and deserves a super big shout out!

Today I was using a recipe that Tania created and although I’m not a complete stranger to soap making, this was a new type and I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. She was there, my Facebook helper surpreme and I was so thankful for that!

I’d already purchased an emulsified sugar scrub pre-made CSPR assessment through Cosmetic Safety Solutions, but ran into a problem during the making process and wasn’t quite sure what had gone wrong.

Tania was absolutely brilliant — she talked me through everything step by step, helped pinpoint a likely cause (which made total sense once she explained it!), and suggested a simple fix that actually worked.
