Poor host
I went to a night on 18/08 in Glasgow . Very poor experience . The host AJ made it all about herself , did not explain matching. Lots of call offs no wonder poor night, poor host

AJ did bring lovely sweets and chocolate for the room that evening, though we understand you were disappointed it was not dark chocolate. On the matching, our hosts run through how it works at the start of the night and it is also explained on the match cards, so we are sorry if that was not clear to you on the evening.
Late call offs do happen from time to time and our team always works to keep the numbers as balanced as possible.
AJ has been praised by many previous daters, but we hope you find what you are looking for.

Over 50's Speed dating
I went to an over 50's speed dating event in Winchester. Lovely place to host it, but sadly it wasn't hosted particularly greatly and wasn't fun as I'd anticipated.
The bar staff were lovely and friendly the host was a stand in for the original and didn't seem all that engaged. I think that given the cost there would be more.to it, even a free drink but there was nothing that made me feel like I'd want to go again.

We did have a stand-in host that evening, so I'm sorry the energy wasn't quite what you'd hoped for. From what our host saw, the room was in great spirits, with plenty of chatting, food dates and numbers being swapped, so it sounds like the connections were happening even if the format felt a little quieter than expected.

I am enjoying what I have used and seen so far but I think that more access with the free version would be nice but I do really like how it allows you to watch a quick ad instead of buying the premium version.
