I spent over £400 on two orders. 15999 & 15993. I didn’t receive any tracking updates for my order, so I had to ask neighbours for it. While I eventually got most of the items, the quality of them was extremely poor. For example, my jeans didn’t have a hole to button them up and also tops had pen writing in ink on them. I was also given the wrong sizes of the clothes, and even with the correct label there was a lot of sizing issues. I have emailed their support team asking for a returns label and a full refund. I will give them some time and update/delete this review if it is solved satisfactorily. Please get in touch and rectify this situation as soon as possible.

TLDR: Do not buy from this company.

My daughter asked me to buy a hoodie and jeans for back-to-school clothes, cute grunge wear and thoughts I'd give his company a chance. The first few pieces I purchased were of fine quality but too small. Re-ordered for larger size and what arrived was nothing like the originals: the material is CHEAP, the pattern and stitching look like knockoffs, and overall, the quality is just awful.

The real nightmare began with the return process. After four emails with no response, I finally received a reply from Sophie with a huge apology, saying they had communication issues. She sent a prepaid label and then refunded for the wrong items. I’ve now sent multiple follow-ups regarding two more orders I don’t want to keep, and again… silence.

Between the poor quality and the complete lack of customer support, I’m done. If you’re considering ordering, don’t waste your money or your time.

I ordered two shirt from this store and one of the I was really satisfied with but the other one was way too small. I contacted the support and it took weeks to get one reply and after that one reply that I got I have not received anything from the support for a month. I have also made another order that just never arrived and I'm just really confused right now.

I just hope this review would reach the support staff in Cosmique studio and that these matters would be solved

I received the wrong sized phone case for our daughter for Christmas... as we needed the Pro version and somehow I also ordered two of the same! Sophia was so incredibly helpful and professional. She ordered a new one straight away and did not even expect a return. The extra item was refunded and all happened very smoothly. Extremely kind, courteous and generous customer service and very fast in providing a solution. And when we finally had the correct product (butterfly phone case) my daughter was so so happy. It's really fabulous so a win all around!

I needed help with sizing before ordering and Sophia from customer service responded to all my emails within 6 hours every time. She was so patient and I really appreciated it. My order arrived yesterday and everything turned out perfect.

I am obsessed with Cosmiques clothes 3 They offer so many different styles and sizes and their collection of aesthetic and grunge pieces is massive. It's the perfect store for someone like me who loves grunge. The quality is top-notch and wearing their clothes just makes me happy. The customer service is also exceptional and Ill be recommending Cosmique to everyone I know!!!!!

I discovered Cosmique Studio this year (2024) and I have been loving it ever since. All their clothes are gorgeous and totally my style. I especially love the size/measurement tool that helps you find the perfect fit-it makes online shopping so much easier. Plus, their customer service is always quick to respond and super nice. Honestly, this is now my favorite store, and the quality of the clothes is definitely worth the price.

The support from Cosmique Studio was amazing. My parcel got lost by the delivery company so I reached out to their support team. They were super helpful and quickly came up with a great solution. Fast replies and really friendly contact.

I ordered a backpack that wasn't delivered. I chased after a month and was told it was out of stock and am so far being denied my money back. This is disgusting.

I really didn't expect to get such good service. While ordering the product, I was hesitant because it was just one size option, but before I bought it, Sophia helped me a lot, and she returned my e-mails in a short time. Thank you so much for helping me. I really like the set, it suits me very well. Some parts look bad just because I have a little belly and this set showed my belly 😅 The product is soft and the fabric quality is perfect. I will definitely shop again. feel scammed. I can not follow my product on the link I received. when I read it says that it was "not found" you get no information about your order.

I recently purchased 3 items from Cosmique Studio and never received any order confirmation even though the payment transaction is completed. I’ve tried emailing them and received a “Failure Notice” because my emails can’t get through to them, apparently. I’ve tried calling them and no one will answer the phone. At this point, I don’t even know how to go about getting a refund.

Excellent service. The backpack we bought was high quality. It was differently made better than the ones we looked at in the stores. I will buy from this company again.
