Non vende solo mobili ma anche attrezzi sportivi. Abbiamo comprato un peso con maniglia da 16kg, è pieno di cemento ma la maniglia è grossa come un braccio. Impossibile afferrarla e inoltre la saldatura della plastica è lì sopra, sporgente e tagliente. Con l'assistenza AI del sito terzo è stato suggerito un rimborso parziale senza il reso, impossibile data la forma dell'oggetto e la non portabilità. In attesa della risposta dopo qualche giorno: "no, la cifra parziale è troppo alta". Meno di 10€ per un articolo pagato più di 30 (percentuale comunque suggerita dall'assistenza e non da me). Articolo pessimo e soldi persi. Mai più e ovunque troverò da copiare questa recensione lo farò. Segnalando anche il prodotto come non sicuro (foto nell'annuncio tutti collage AI falsi)

Worst customer service ever bought a bed and wanted to return it they offered a partial refund which i accepted and they only gave me half of the partial refund. When I asked about the rest the customer service responded very disgustingly and called me a a beggar. Will never buy from these horrible people again.

Excellent chair really comfortable and was easy to assemble. The material is good quality really nice feel to it. The chair is a great size and the pockets on the sides are great. Really impressed with the service quick delivery.

1. I ordered the message table. It arrived damaged and poorly made. It looks like something heavy was staying on it for a while. And it is definitely the problem of the seller. As the package was absolutely ok - no damage. But inside....
2. The connection of the leg is poorly made and it is dangerous to use such a table.
3. When I put it together, it was absolutely unstable. It is not suitable for massage. It is moving when you even slightly touch it. It is not safe at all.

Then the most interesting. You will PAY TO RETURN it and the seller REFUSES TO GIVE THE REFUND!

First they require to tell them the problem. Then they put the status "the seller accepted return". And you go to the post to find out that you have to pay to return it. Then you get a message from seller about "how to solve"- we can send you a new one free. FREE?? I paid for the item and sending it back!! SERIOUSY???

I thought the unit was easy to assemble. There are a lot of parts, but the instructions tell you exactly what you need for each step. It does help to have an extra set of hands in some steps, but not needed for most people I would think. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble with no help.

Purchased end tables recently. They arrived quickly, carefully packed and protected. These had well marked parts and clear illustrated directions. The end tables seems sturdy and looks great. Quality is also so good. Great tables for a smaller space and exchanging larger, chunky furniture for sleeker functional items. Would recommend these for sure. Their customer service is also great. I recently purchased a computer desk and it is probably my favorite piece of furniture in my house. It is holding up 2 30lb gaming pcs really well and has lasted over a year with kids and pets climbing on it and chewing on it. It was easy to put together it took us about 10 minutes and shipped for free in 2 days. I did put my zip code in wrong by accident and their customer service team was super helpful in helping me fix it. Overall a great buy if you’re needing a sturdy desk that doesn’t look like it belongs in an old library.

Good quality products. Very impressed by how sturdy and durable they are. Feels smooth and looks very fancy and high class. I got a wall cabinet from them, doesnt take up any space and put it in my bathroom. It gave me more place to store things and also made the bathroom look so much more modern

I have been using this for almost 3 months now. The build quality is amazing. Looks elegant and feels sturdy. The best part of this is the modern design. Installation was easy, just need to follow the manual. Comes with all the required nuts. The packaging was good, it was handled nicely by FedEx.

Loved this costoffs chair but... there was an issue with the welding on the metal part of the legs. It caused it to tip on that wheel.

I bought sofa from costoffs.com. It arrived second day which was very fast especially for furniture. The delivery guys were very good. Not sure how but they brought the whole recliner in without a scratch. I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the leather and stitches. Its very comfy. Overall recommend them.

I bought an office chair from costoff store and they came in fast with excellent condition. The chair is perfect for my back porch because it is leather and it's rain proof so I don't habe to worry about the tear like other cheap leather. The chair is strong and sturdy. I bought one garden table from costoffs, free shipping, The instructions were very clear. For those folks who are unfamiliar with self-tapping screws, a comment in the instructions would be helpful. I think a warning for not using a power assisted screw driver would also be appropriate. Bottom line - took about an hour to assemble, the parts all fit perfectly and the results exceeded expectations. I really likes it!
