Very helpful prompt customer service
Ordered a couple of lyrical dresses, one seemed baggy despite being the same size as the other dress we had ordered. I got in touch with customer services and they sent us a replacement dress (which fitted perfectly) and another style as a back up immediately. The ordering and returning system is easy and smooth. The eco credentials seem robust. Would definitely recommend thank you!

Thanks for taking the time to review us! Sizing can always be tricky which is why we try to do our best when a costume doesn't quite fit. Our aim is always to make everything as easy for our customers as possible. We also ensure our eco credentials are robust as it is really important for us 🌳
