I would have happily given 5 stars if the information on Cosy Garden Rooms’ website had been accurate. It clearly states that all Garden Rooms include heating, but unfortunately, mine did not.

That aside, there were many standout positives:

- Mark's design was outstanding—creative, functional, and full of clever solutions.
- Andy and his team worked efficiently, respectfully, and resolved minor snagging issues promptly.
- Chris, the decorator, delivered a flawless finish that really brought the space to life.
- The completion paperwork was detailed and professional, which inspired real confidence in an exceptional after sales service.

All in all, despite the disappointment over the heating, the service and craftsmanship were excellent. If the initial information had matched the final product, it would’ve been a full five stars from me.

Update: I have since been contacted by Cosy Garden Rooms, who have apologised for the error. Andy has arranged to send out a heater, which confirms my belief that Cosy Garden Rooms truly delivers fantastic after-sales service.

I can't recommend Cosy Garden Rooms highly enough!

We had an office/garden room built in our back garden. We are so happy with it. The team were great, from start to finish. We would really recommend the company.

Absolutely delighted with our garden room from these guys. From the initial web enquiry, conversations with Mark, then a site visit through to the highly efficient installation I cannot fault anything. A great team of lads rocked up and had the room up in 4 days with smooth efficiency then finished off beautifully by Chris the decorator

From the get-go, the team at Cosy Garden Rooms were spot on. I’d been waiting months just to get other builders to come out and have a look at what I needed – most never even showed up. Then I had a chat with Mark, and straight away I knew I was in good hands. No faffing, no sales patter, just honest, straightforward advice and a clear plan of action.

The space I’ve got is a bit of an odd one – big, a bit awkward in shape, and I wanted something that worked as both a proper office and a place for the family to chill out too. Not exactly your average garden room. But that didn’t put them off in the slightest. Andy and the rest of the lads came round, had a good nosey, and just cracked on with it. They handled absolutely everything – groundwork, electrics, insulation, the lot. I barely had to lift a finger.

What really impressed me was how quick they turned it all around – from that first chat to a finished building, it were less than a month. And we’re not talking some flimsy shed job either – it’s a proper, solid, beautifully finished space that I’ll be using all year round. Looks great, feels warm even on a cold morning, and it’s already made a massive difference to day-to-day life for both work and family time.

You can tell they care about what they’re doing – they weren’t just rushing to get it done and off to the next job. Everything were done properly, and they were a pleasure to have around. Friendly, tidy, and genuinely decent folk.

Honestly can’t recommend Cosy Garden Rooms enough. If you’re thinking about getting something similar done, stop waiting around like I did – give these lot a ring. You won’t regret it.

Building the studio on-site meant the structure fits perfectly into the space available. The team were very quick and efficient and small details were tweaked on the fly, especially regarding the green roof. Would definitely recommend them.

A big thanks to Andy and the team on our pool room/bar project. They have done an excellent job and were very professional throughout the whole process. We love the room and the neighbours are already asking when is it open for business. If you want a garden room then Cosy Garden Rooms is the place to go.

I have unique garden room. Everyone admired it and many people have seen it. I have promoted it on my Facebook. It’s not a wooden shed so to speak. It is architecturally very impressive. Who woulnt want one. Each one specifically individually designed.

Great time keeping. From start (design) to middle (build team and electricians) to finish (painter), they were all incredibly pleasant and very fast at their work.

A couple of little niggles (which are just part and parcel), which as soon as reported, were ironed out and left perfect as promised.

Now, all you need to add to your team is a gardener ;-)

We can thoroughly recommend Cosy Garden rooms. The company was very professional from initial designs and suggestions to the finished product. The team were very efficient,worked quickly and cleaned up each day . We’re very happy with our new Garden rooms.

We had cosy garden rooms out to build our bar back in August 24. We were amazed at the speed the team worked. We had a few issues with the finish of some things but cannot moan because they were not stopping until we were 100% happy with everything. The team are so friendly, we would recommend them anytime. From the very first visit Mark made to us to bidding farewell to the painter this process has been flawless. The flexibility of design, the construction on site, and the speed at which the Garden Room went up were absolutely excellent. We recommend this company without the slightest hesitation. Thank you.

We had our first meet with Mark in February and the timelines given were exactly as stated, they helped us clear the space and within days the room was up! The guys never stopped grafting, everything seemed to go to plan and schedule. Where we had a large unusable space in the garden has been transformed into a new living area that also doubles up as an office space. There are a few minor matters that need resolving like cracks appearing where there has been shrinkage but we knew to expect that and know that this is cosmetic and that they will fix this for us in due course.

I’d highly recommend Cozy Garden Rooms.If you’re considering a garden room for any purpose, tell them what you want and they’ll design it to meet your requirements.From designing our studio with Mark right through to the construction with Dean, Andy, AJ and Jamie, the entire project went like clockwork. The team were a pleasure to work with, so polite and helpful ( even put the roof back on the pergola which blew off last year!) and cleaned up after they’d finished. Excellent customer service afterwards. Andy rang to ensure we were happy before sending us the invoice. An excellent company to work with!

From the first enquiry to completion of the work I felt I was dealing with a company I could trust. Mark gave me accurate quotes which were adhered to. From foundations to completion Andy and the team worked like clockwork. It was amazing to watch. It was a case of working together with me. From construction team, Big D the decorator, the electricians it was a great experience.

Amazing! Designer was awesome, proper attention to detail, really listened and well prepared and tipped my decision to go with this company compared to service I got from other companies that quoted. And so glad I did ! Price was reasonable, team were lovely, clean tidy and speedy build. Construction excellent quality. Really fantastic garden room ! Thank you !

Five star service and product. Mark couldn't have been more helpful at the planning stage, adjusting and refining and advising until we had a plan that we were happy with. Andy and the rest of the installation team arrived Monday morning and worked non stop building the garden room. They did an amazing job and were really friendly and helpful. The electricians and decorator also did a great job and were just really nice people. We're so pleased with the finished product and looking forward to using it once the rest of the garden project is complete!
