Absolutely useless company .tried contacting three times. No reply item hasn’t even came the one thing my daughter really wanted for her birthday joke I’m so angry

Placed order in early November and still waiting. Just read a previous review by someone and wanted to say I received the exact same email from Adam, word for word and same dates. This company has gone and so has our money

Like others, no delivery, no reply to emails. Going to try and get money back from the bank and contact trading standards to get the website shut down as people will still be buying from them as xmas approaches.

Have had the same experience as many others. Ordered on 22 November. My money has been taken, no sleeping bag delivered, no response to my emails. DON’T Order from this company. Absolute rubbish.

Avoid this company! Scam! I bought 3 sleeping bags mid November and no sign of it. I have sent emails but no one responded and their phone number is also not working. Really disappointing!!! Wish I paid via paypal because no way to claim back my money!

An absolute joke of a “company” assuming they even exist!!! Ordered a sleeping bag and received a shipping notification but nothing ever arrived. Emailed and heard nothing from them. Currently trying to get my money back via my bank. If this review let me give 0 stars I would have but unfortunately I had to give a 1….

Ordered end of November, has not arrived, no response to emails and phone just goes to voicemail. Terrible that someone can do this as a scam. Daughter will be upset and now we are out of pocket. Will report and try and get money back from credit card. Please do not buy from this company.

Ordered on the 27th November 2023 and still not arrived. Sent numerous emails and tried their phone number but it goes straight to voicemail.

This is a scam. I paid £90 for 2 sleeping bags that never arrived. I did not receive a response to my emails and the phone goes straight to voicemail. Have reported it as a scam website. Ripping off families over kids sleeping bags. Absolutely disgusting.

So concerned how I cannot get an answer nt phone. Sent endless emails.

I ordered a cosy napper sleeping bag, it is really very nice but not suitable as I thought for my Granddaughter who is autistic. I want to return it for a refund but can't get a reply from them
