I was on the lookout for a unique dining table for my new home and stumbled across Cosywood. I was intrigued by their customization options and decided to give it a shot. I must say, the table turned out better than I expected! The detailing and the finish were truly impressive. However, I'm taking off a star because the assembly instructions were a bit confusing and it took me a while to put it together. But once it was up, it was definitely worth the effort. Also, their customer service was really helpful when I called up with questions. All in all, if you're after a bespoke piece and willing to put in a bit of elbow grease in the assembly, I'd highly recommend Cosywood!

We stumbled across this company, read the reviews and then ordered some samples, which we were impressed with. We decided to order a diamond table in dark grey oak with bronze spider legs, 200 x 90. From the outset the customer service was superb. We had timely and relevant updates and lots of photos of the finished product for us to approve. I did feel a bit nervous ordering a dining table online without properly seeing it first, but felt reassured by the photos. It arrived on time. The delivery crew were professional, efficient and polite. The table is beautiful and made to a very high quality. We are extremely pleased with our choice and would definitely recommend Cosywood. They are a fantastic company and we’ve had the best experience!

Delighted with my kitchen/dining table and bench. Superb craftsmanship and beautifully made. The personal choice of the design of the table and bench was exactly as planned.Despite my apprehension of the delivery all ran smoothly. Adi and son from Highjumps Ltd did an excellent job too in assembling the table and bench. Cosywood is an excellent firm and I fully recommend them. Thank you all.

When you look at reviews and someone gives a poor review, you think “There’s always one.”
Well that one is me and I believe for good reason.
Firstly may I say, the product and craftsmanship is excellent and Cosywood were very efficient in their updates in the production process.
Delivery on the other hand was very poor.
I have a property in Portugal and Cosywood informed me delivery would cost £250 and wouldn’t be a problem.
I wish I’d used my courier in the UK.
I gave dates of when I would be in Portugal and I was given a slot 3rd to 17th April and had guests renting the week after.
Delivery time was not met, I had to chase for updates from Artem, the guests had no table and I had to offer a refund.
It eventually arrived 27th April with a one hour warning.
Delivered on a pallet to my garage, one courier, no real assistance and my wife and I managed to carry it up the 20 odd steps to my front door.
No instructions for assembly, reasonably easy to work out but it is a beautiful table.

I have nothing but praise for Cosy Wood’s craftsmanship and customer service. The table (Walnut star base table) is beautiful but what I appreciate even more is the outstanding customer service I received.
Although, there was damage to base of the table when it arrived, the way Cosy Wood dealt with the situation was exemplary. They remade the base of the table, kept me informed of the progress and apologised for the inconvenience. Cosy Wood is definitely a luxury piece of furniture which is quite expensive but you are getting great craftsmanship and peace of mind which I think is well worth it.

Excellent service. We requested a bespoke product and it quote was received quickly with a link to order. Great to get regular updates between ordering and delivery including pictures of the finished product prior to delivery.

Excellent service from start to finish. They kept us up to date with regular progress communication. The delivery was also great with the guys building the table and removing all of the protection. We were delighted with the quality of the table as we were a bit unsure about buying an item like this online but all other reviews provided us with the confidence to go ahead. Could definitely recommend.

I couldn't be happier with my order! I bought the Kelvin table and bench with the natural finish and it is exactly what I wanted. I searched the internet but couldn't find what I was looking for and then stumbled upon this company and it turned out they had exactly it! The quality and finish is incredible and it was definitely worth the wait. I was kept up to date with the progress throughout which was great and also received photos of the table and bench once it was finished. This was great to see them before they were sent out for delivery in case I wanted to make any changes. The couriers were also great as they rang an hour before delivery and also assembled both the table and bench for me. Although I hadn't heard of Cosywood prior to purchasing this, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Delivery took longer than originally estimated, but i was informed of the delay prior, good communication.
Quality of the end product is unbelievable, and it looks stunning in our new kitchen extension. will be ordering again in the future!
