I got a 2 hats for my uncle 1 leather…
I got a 2 hats for my uncle 1 leather cowboy hats and a trilby along with a feather brooch separately.. can’t explain it any other way other then him being delighted. He always has a smile on his face when he wears the hats and he loves the quality of it all especially the feather brooch!!
The customer service is impeccable!! Nicky is so kind, understanding and calm. She was so willing to try everything she could to help with my request and that for me is customer service at its best.
Couldn’t recommend Cotswold country hats more than i already do. I will definitely be coming here again.

Really excellent product
Really excellent product and exactly what I was after. Great quality, as good as those much, much more expensive. Good sizing and fits perfectly. Delivered bang on schedule. Highly recommended. I'll certainly be using them again.

Wool Fedora Hat with Country Feather Wrap Trim - Chadlington
I Initially purchased the Wide Brimmed Fedora Hat with Removable Country Feather Brooch - Farmington which was lovely but I wanted something less cowboy looking and more elegant so I exchanged it for the Wool Fedora Hat with Country Feather Wrap Trim - Chadlington. This hat was absolutely gorgeous and I fell in love with it straight away and have had so many compliments when wearing it. Absolutely delighted.

Great quality - superb style
The hat is great quality - absolutely what I was after. Delivery was prompt, carefully packaged. I'm delighted - and the first time I wore it another chap was so impressed he's buying one as well.

The hat is perfect and inexpensive compared to most others of that sort.
Given it was order for Christmas I didn't expect the service to be quick but it was.

Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied.
As a company, the service was neither poor nor brilliant.
They delivered what I ordered, eventually.
It was remarkable that, I ordered something else from a completely different company, the same day as I ordered my hat, and the other company managed to deliver the order the very next day.
This order took quite a while to receive.
Don’t use them if you’re in a rush.
Noted that they charge to return things if you don’t like them, and also for delivery.
No big deal though.
They asked me to review my experience, and that is what I have to say.

Looking for a hat for a wedding out in California, I needed it to travel well. The Haydock fedora hat did exactly that
Very happy! Beautiful made, strong but flexible. Folded it for travel and it was in perfect condition when I arrived.
