If you want good bread buy the best flour you can get. Cotswold flour provides very good flour that makes great bread.

I havent been paid to make this review and it is my honest opinion. I have recently been learning how to make sourdough. I had been watching a YouTube channel that uses their flour to make their sour dough and she recommended it. I thought I’d try the flour as when I looked in the website it was keenly priced alongside supermarket brands. I thought it would be fresher too. I have ordered twice now, buying different types of bread flour each time. It is excellent flour and I’ve had first rate results using it. I no longer buy supermarket bread. I find making it myself cheaper, especially during this economic climate. A first rate experience from start to finish.

Always great to have a delivery of several bags. It means I can have a baking-binge for weeks, instead of having to carry flour back from the shop. It gives you a self-satisfied smugness to open a larder door and see enough flour to do exactly what you want.
Also. . . always good quality, and always delivered undamaged and promptly.

This is the best flour you can buy. It's extremely consistent and very forgiving especially if you are beginner baker. I used to use a mix of this flour and regular supermarket strong white flour. I have since discovered that using Matthews strong white together with Cotswold Crunch makes excellent bread

Excellent flour.
I mix 60/40 Bread flour to Spelt flour and it is perfect.
So much better than shop bought talcum powder bread used by shops.

Bought a bread maker so we could make our own. Knowing what goes into it store bought and trying to improve our health, we researched and tried many flours. Picked up our first pack of Churchill's in our local supermarket, it worked a treat and tasted wonderful. We checked out Matthew's website and there was a lot of different flour's on offer, to suit all tastes. We made an order and it arrived very quickly and well packaged. At the moment we are working our way through their catalogue of flours, every pack has worked beautifully, it is just a matter of taste. Recommended.

It’s absolutely beautiful flour and I will never not use it now. Makes beautiful loaves. I love to mix different types together to see what comes out. Family love that there’s always fresh bread on the side.

The Cotswold flour is the only flour that I've tried to make sourdough with that has actually worked for me consistently. I've tried since lockdown and never very successful, so I gave up.
The tutorials from Elaine Boddy are so simple and easy to follow.
Also a bonus to that there is so much choice of flour to choose from...all excellent and work well with their recipes.
Easy to order from, and reliable delivery, day and time also accurate.
I am so impressed with the company, I won't bother buying from anywhere else.
I am now enjoying all the various baking ideas.

On my 4th sourdough loaf now and finally have got the process right.

The Churchill Flour seems to be the right one after recommendation from yourself.

Always good quality bread flour, and with a good range of different flours available. It would be great if some of those currently only available in large sacks were also available in 1.5kg bags.

I've tried the Eight Grain and Cotswold Crunch, both on their own and mixed 50/50 with Spelt, in my Panasonic bread maker. Every loaf has turned out well and tastes delicious. Good value too. I shall be trying some more varieties.

this is my go-to brand and type of flour - Cotswold Crunch - I buy it on line and no longer buy bread but make my own .... I would consider using nothing else ~!

Excellent product. I only use spelt flour and this achieves excellent results for me. Beautiful loaves time after time even when I add seeds.

Have been using Matthews flour for at least the last 6 years. Always found it excellent especially in various combinations for sourdough. The maizflour is great for pastries too.

I have been a regular customer for a number of years. I just do domestic baking so I could hardly be described as a major client.
