Fantastic customer service. A lovely team in the store who couldn’t do enough to assist me.

We bought a lovely, high quality sofa. The team were helpful and quick to answer questions. We went into the shop to choose a swatch. Delivery was good and within the time frame indicated.

Our very favourite indie home store. Every piece we’ve bought is still with us, because they wear beautifully. This is a shop curated with heart and soul. Product amazing, service amazing. what else do you need?

Only recently discovered Cotswold grey in Moreton in Marsh. A wonderful find!Love their great range of unique furniture and much much more! Difficult to find such interesting and inspiring pieces anywhere else.Very good value and all of genuine quality. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Would highly recommend Cotswold grey.

Great customer service and friendly deliver drivers.

My order was,taken but no info of when I would receive my rug. After 6 days I rang to check when my order would arrive. The lady who I spoke to was very helpful and professional and explained that the my order had not been processed. She explained that the weekend was very busy and she would try to get my order to me over the next few days . But still have not been given a date of delivery of my order. Feel let down with .

We chose a beautiful sideboard in aged elm.
Delivery guys were prompt and efficient.

Good communication re product which was no longer available. Showed me an alternative which I preferred. The light is cute and small. Gives off a soft warm glow. Not too bright but brightens a dull corner. USB charged so great to use where there’s no socket. Has a pretty bulb.

Staff were particularly helpful. I had visited shop when in the area and decided on returning home to purchase a lamp. I called the shop with a query and they were so helpful.
Only downside the delivery took a few weeks but it wasn’t time critical and the lamp is beautiful
