I could not recommend The Country Dog Hotel more! With all honesty we were looking for care as a last resort as a family member last minute was unable to, but Bex and the team came to our rescue! We didn’t have to worry about Bella once as we knew she was having the best time. Because they were so fantastic we finally knew what to do with Bella for our wedding and Bex and the team took the best care of her the week before and during our wedding. It was so nice to have such peace of mind knowing she was in the best hands.

All the team here absolutely adore all the guests and look after them to the highest standard.

Our dog was at the country dog club for three weeks over the Christmas and new year break and the team led by Rebecca and Mike really looked after him with all the care and love of family . He had the best time with other guests with lots of outdoor activity and indoor fun. Knowing he was so happy and well looked after we could enjoy our holiday with no worries about our little baby.

The Country Dog team really looked after our nervous dog and supported us too in the process. We appreciated the regular (daily) updates with photos and videos , which showed as the week went on that our dog was becoming comfortable with the staff and enjoying herself. We loved that she was in a ‘home’ with sofas and beds to lay on. The bonus was that she came home all soft and smelly lovely after a visit to the spa for a wash.

There is nowhere like the Country Dog Hotel for your dog to stay whilst you’re away. The care is unparalleled. We have a very active Dalmatian and she is well exercised and shown lots of love. She gets so excited when we drop her off and is relaxed and happy when we pick her up, so we know she’s more than happy to stay there. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

We wanted to thank you again for the wonderful time Reggie and Frankie have had with you. Your service is exemplary! 3 years running now our boys have been with you whilst we go off on holiday and we can honestly say that we would not use anyone else to care for our dogs.

You are, without question, a first class company who clearly genuinely care about the dogs that stay with you. There are so many things for the dogs to do and the daily photos and videos of them enjoying themselves is something we look forward to receiving each day.

We are booking our holidays for 2026 so we will be in touch to book the boys in with you again for next year.

We have used The Country Dog Hotel a number of times now. We love knowing that our dog is well looked after and in a safe environment. But also having fun and lots of outdoor time.
Because he has been as few times now and the staff seem to be retained he knows the staff from previous so the bonds and familiarity are there which is an added bonus.
We love the updates and photos which give us peace of mind whilst on our holiday.
Would recommend 100%.

We left our Labrador, Mo at the hotel for over a week while we went away. She had the most amazing time and we were kept updated with regular pictures and videos of her having fun, or relaxing. We trust Becky, Mike and the whole team with Mo whenever we go away and appreciate the 5 star service they offer.

Blue has been coming here for over 10 years. You know they are well looked after when they get really excited on arrival. It really is a home from home for our two Labradors Blue & Gus. Always a great reception and the only worry is they don’t want to leave. It’s the personal touches that make this place so special.

This was Lyra’s fourth stay - she always enjoys her trips and when being picked up is very happy.
Being kept updated with photos and videos is very reassuring and the ability to have her picked up and dropped off makes everything so easy- we even arranged for her to be groomed before her return- highly recommend

I’ve used TCDH now twice for my little sausage dog and I feel very lucky to have found them. I get daily photos, messages and videos (the time that goes into the videos is fab as they’re edited with music and they’re like mini reels!) and can see that he’s so happy and making new friends and loving country life! The care and attention that he receives is incredible and he even sleeps in a bed with some of the staff so his home routine isn’t disrupted (he is a very spoilt pup…). I couldn’t ask for more and will only use them now if I’m going away. For the first time I feel relaxed going away as I know he’s also having a little holiday and enjoying all the love, cuddles and attention he gets from everyone :)

We have been sending our now 4.5 year old cavapoo, Daisy, to the country dog hotel multiple times per year since she was 3 months old. It is it her home away from home and where we know she is happiest and safest when she is not with us. The entire staff of the hotel love and cherish dogs and it is always so wonderful to see their passion for caring for them from the numerous updates they send throughout Daisy’s stays. I could go on and on about how much we love Mike and Becky and the whole staff but just know your pups are in the very best hands when they are there!

Just to say (once again) an enormous “thank you” for looking after Henry so wonderfully over the last few days. You obviously “get” Henry with all of his special character traits and speak about him with real affection. Which means the world to us..❤️
The daily updates are really great and a lovely way for us to “feel” part of his “holiday “.
He’s already looking forward to his next stay in a couple of months.

Country Dog Hotel Review

Our French Bulldog, Lemmy, has stayed at the Country Dog Hotel several times now, and we honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. The team makes everything so easy, they handle pick-up and drop-off in London and are always quick to coordinate over WhatsApp.

Even though we’ve never visited the hotel in person, we get daily photos and video clips of Lemmy. Whether she’s racing around the huge fenced fields with other dogs or snoozing happily in the house, it’s clear she’s having the best time. By the time she comes home, she’s exercised, relaxed, and wonderfully tired out.

What we love most is that she’s never crated and always with caregivers and other dogs. Lemmy thrives on human attention and cuddles, and the Country Dog staff give her all the affection she needs. It gives us huge peace of mind to know she’s outdoors, socializing, and being cared for as if she were their own.

We’re so happy we found Country Dog Hotel. Knowing Lemmy is safe, loved, and having fun makes it so much easier to travel without guilt, though of course, our favorite moment is always when she’s dropped back home.

Over 6 years, Dax has had many, many wonderful visits to his home-away-from-home at TCDH! Thank you for making him part of your family! Thank you for the daily updates! Thank you for the delicious biscuits. Most of all, thank you for the five star care and love dished out!

I cannot thank TCDH enough for looking after our rescue Bella these last few weeks. The daily video and photo updates show a happy, playful and relaxed dog and I felt very comfortable knowing she was so well looked after while we were away.
The dogs really do have movie nights (as advertised on the website) and the video of this evening was probably the best proof of all dogs present at the time of Bella’s stay, being completely at ease in their surrounding.

We haven’t had a holiday abroad since having our two cockapoos Poppy and Daisy but knowing they were having 24 hour care we decided to try the country dog hotel and couldn’t have made a better choice. We were sent videos and photos and knew they were happy and well looked after. We would definitely take them back there again.

My little dog Millie had the TIME OF HER LIFE. Beth and her team took the most amazing care of her and made her feel right at home, with snuggles and home made treats. She wasn’t very happy to come home… thank you for taking such good care of her!

We left our Russell Pippa at the CDH while we went away for two weeks. She is a rescue dog and gets anxious when away from home and or us. We needn't have worried as the pictures and videos of her enjoying herself with newly made friends were very reassuring.
The staff at the hotel couldn't be more attentive and caring, and we would never hesitate to recommend the hotel as a place to leave your dog.

Sent my dog in for a groom today, and she looks and smells amazing thank you Lauren for another beautiful groom and for the care and attention you give, Toffee looks lush 🐶🩷

My large puppy goldendoodle came in for a groom and the service was excellent. Great staff and Lauren was exceptional. Would highly recommend
