First I must say I have been dealing with county golf for over 30 years since they had 2 retail shops in Manchester and have always been satisfied by their customer service even if I have had a problem. My latest order somehow went astray during delivery to my home in Spain, after allowing a bit of extra time I rang customer service and they informed me that the package was on its way back to England as delivery had been attempted and failed. The operator said they would send out a replacement immediately and it was delivered to my home in southern Spain 3 days later. You cannot ask for better service than that. I would also state that I have never found any company who do as big a range of named brands for such discounted prices

I have been buying products from CG for about 4 years, never had a problem, the descriptions are usually spot on. Most recently I ordered the same product twice, and within minutes the customer service team had responded and agreed the refund on one of the items.

Totally agree with most of the recent comments.
Had to return goods which were smaller than described.Between delivery and return cost I am £10 out of pocket.There are plenty of other companies who do free delivery AND returns.

Ordering service very easy and if you have any issues they are dealt with swiftly and very professionally, would 100% recommend

Ordered 3 shirts and when arrived they were vastly bigger than the measurements in the diagram, far to big, got a refund less the £3.95 delivery fee and had to pay to return them so almost £8 out of pocket for a mis discribed item. Very poor.

I have used County Golf for around 20 years and have always been pleased with the service and products,

However my last order for a Castore jacket was not good, I ordered a Medium size 42 chest, but when I tried it on it was too big, I measured it and my tape said 44 inch chest, County Golf deny this. So I had to return at my postage cost and pay again for a Small, I measured this and it was 42 inch, perfect but county golf will insist it’s a 40 inch chest!

In the early days they gave you free postage on orders over £50, but not now! Why don’t they increase to £100 for free postage? I have recommended so many of my golfing colleagues to this company but alas no more out of principle.

Mark England, the owner, I hope you read this review and see what many others feel about sizes and put this on the articles which come in too small or too big!

Also they refunded postage on items that were the wrong size and faulty, but alas no more.

Ordered 3 pair Sunderland golf shorts. Size 32. Two of them fit perfectly, the other one I couldn’t even do the button up.
Cost me £6 to return them, no postage refund even though clearly a fault.
Only up side is refund for the shorts processed ok. Not bothering with this bunch any more.

I’ve had a great experience with County Golf. Delivery was prompt, they responded quickly and resolved an error with my order, and they refunded multiple returned clothing items without any issues. I was initially concerned after reading some of the reviews, but if you return items with the tags still attached, you won't have any problems. I’ve since placed more orders now that I know my sizes.

Just received my order from this company and the jumpers I bought Proquip and Glenmuir all too small for an XL. Rang the company and was told I would have to pay for the postage. At post office was told £18.45 for special delivery as I could not guaranty that the parcel would get there otherwise. I have decided instead to give them to my son as it would definitely fit him being a medium size. County Golf as a company is rubbish at caring for its clients. In fact I think one Star is too good for them.

Bought a Stuburt golf jacket, choosing Large instead of Medium as this is a budget brand.
Quick delivery at an excellent price and a good fit.

Refused refund on an unworn £31.99 jacket because the cardboard tag was binned. Poor customer service for a repeat customer.

Been a regular customer buying many items of clothing. Bought my grandson a pair of fleece lined trousers for Christmas his usual size but they came up tight I think due to fleece lining. Emailed which they say they never received, phoned them & they agreed to take them back as my grandson had thrown the tags away as he thought they would fit as usual. Ordered a larger pair & they have and returned them. Put letter and dispatch not in sitting why the tags were missing and they have refused to refund me. Quite unsympathetic and unhelpful. Will never buy from them again. Shame as I’ve shopped with them for years but if they treat regular customers like this then be very very wary.

I've been using county golf for years.
Never been disappointed, quality products at competitive prices.
I've never had a problem with sizes when it comes to clothing but until now I've never been tempted to buy shoes on line.
I've just taken delivery of a pair if Duca Del Cosma golf shoes.
To say I'm delighted is an understatement. These shoes just exude quality. From the box and packaging, to the craftsmanship of construction and a second pair of contrasting laces, there is a premium look and feel about them.
A perfect fit and comfortable straight from the box. The appearance, with a large 'C' logo might not be to everyone's taste.
But the quality is unbelievable for the price.
I've always had Footjoy in the past but these are in a different league.
To top it all deliver came 2 days ahead of schedule.
Well done County Golf.

I wanted to write a review as I was hesitant ordering due to some negative comments however, delivery was fast (I ordered Express late on a Thursday night and it arrived on the Saturday) and the jacket was perfect, great sizing too (brand was CK). Really happy!

I ordered a Calvin Klein jacket. Though I am usually Medium, the jacket was too small. Maybe reviews on the website where customers could indicate that sizing is smallish would help the customer to order correctly and so save two delivery charges.
I returned it at my own expense and the refund was quickly and competently processed.
I have never had to return items to County Golf before so I was wary that it may not function well. My fears were unfounded. Well done, the customer service team.

Awful customer service - possible security and customer experience issues highlighted to be dismissed. No credit/debit card security in place, cheap clothing with quick delivery but lack of customer care and security for payment cards cancels out any benefit to using this company - be warned!

Felt compelled to write a review for County Golf as I have used them for a long time now. I check the emails daily and often get tempted with things I don’t need! Often I can’t resist and place my order. Have to say, for all the time I have used CG, I have had zero issues with the quality of goods and more importantly to me, the quality the service they provide.
Just seen some comments around people having to pay for p&p and also for returns. This is set out in the t&c and isn’t unusual these days! The price of the stuff we buy here is much lower than anywhere else so a compromise has to be made!!

If you are wondering if you should buy from here, crack on would be my advice!

Great experience, arrived within the delivery time frame, tops sized exactly as stated and was able to order the different sizes for the different brands and fitted perfect

Terrible customer service would avoid at all costs. Pay £4 for postage then when you want to return it because it’s not like the pictures you have to pay £4 to return it again.
