They always blame the user's computer
The site lags on my computer when running queries. It takes up to 15 minutes to unfreeze the computer and close the browser. I've tried several different browsers with the same result. I contacted customer support, and they claimed nothing was wrong and that my computer was causing the issue. However, no other websites are causing this condition except countyrecords.com. Instead of trying to get to the bottom of the issue, they pulled the classic car-dealership mechanic story: "We can't duplicate the issue," therefore, it's the customer's fault. That's my main complaint. The second is that they charge you just to view a document, then charge you again if you decide to purchase it. But that's something I can live with as long as the site functions properly and doesn't cost me a lot of valuable time.
