A brillian course but...
A brillian course, full of information.
Sadly the price you pay actually only gives you one of the certificates but there is also a course that comes with xero but it uses bright pay to show you how to do payroll there. But the certificate price you pay only gives you one certificate and not both the certificates.
I do reccommend the course but if you want both certificates then you have to pay an additional payment.

Great Customer Service
I have purchased 10 courses in all to upskill for a change of career and get back into an administration role from my current role as a nursery practitioner.
Started and completed my first course and the course did not update to show that the course had been completed.
I got in touch with Course Cloud and within an hr of me sending the email, Von had sorted the problem and I was able to download my certificate.
Fantastic customer service and I'm now knuckling down to my other 9 courses.
So pleased with Course Cloud. Here's to a change in career!!

Update: original still stands. However, it was eventually acknowledged and resolved. So, 3 stars given.Like pulling teeth to access the course after having paid for it. Followed by even more stress attempting to retrieve the PDF!! To date, I have left 2 voicemails and sent 3 customer support requests and NONE have been answered! Unacceptable.
