Was really easy to find a course suited for me

I received the materials fairly quickly, but support was very poor — the introductory phone call never came despite three callback attempts, so I cancelled the course with the first assessment due. The website is informative about course content but lacks pricing information, which would be helpful before committing.

Scam. Got a course for 9USD and suddenly was charged 59USD the next day by the same company. Can’t even login to the course I bought.

I missed a call from this company, i tried to call back and no answer

I was offered a free trial, on courses.org, after a few days I cancelled the subscription because it is too expensive. Straightaway they offered me a 50% discount on the subscription for coursera.org plus for which I thought is reasonable considering other online platform offering similar services. I accepted the offer. However, I discovered that coursera had been charging my account the full price
of £38. And when I challenged them they told me the offer of 50% was only for the first installment and not for the subsequent payments. I didn't discover that until this month. So they have been charging me £38 for the last 3 months. The agent apologised but no refund. Obviously I am going to cancel the subscription. Now do I think that I was miss sold the product, hell yes, coursera used misleading tactics to sell there product to me especially if they are offering the 50%,online to intise innocent customers to the same trap. Shame on you coursera.org

I’ve completed my courses but not received any of my certificate. When I signed up it said that these would be included as pdf in the price. Now it says premium&transcript I’ve got to pay an additional 19.99!

Cannot even access the course, do not reccomend

Done 2 advanced diplomas up on further investigation both certificates has the same validation number and date on ???. As if someone has copied and pasted and just changed the course name ???. Up on even further investigation it turns out that these certificate numbers are exactly the same too and the number is not a genuine CPD recognised number which means both diplomas are worthless. Waste of time and money!!!. Will be reporting and getting a refund. Avoid avoid avoid !

It’s scam and they didn’t deliver what they claimed

Signed up for the 6 hour Complete AutoCad course. Not only did it not explain that it’s a 2 month course, I was locked out of the lessons after watching the first 10 min video, which familiarised students with the screen, icons, etc. I thought that maybe it’s a one lesson per day situation. I tried again the next day and was still locked out. I emailed the company, checked questions already asked, saw that nobody answers questions and tried calling. I got an immediate, generic voicemail saying the number I have reached is unavailable. I contacted my bank and got my money back. I cannot help but assume this is a scam.

Worst ever online learning experience. Total misrepresentation of the course. Certificate and course not worth a penny and qualification not worth the paper it’s written on. My course was handyperson level 3 advanced diploma. It was a joke. The certificate says nothing of the sort. Nearly says anything. Pay for the course then pay for a certificate. Paper I printed it on was worth more left blank.
Avoid these people. Rip off.

I recently purchased an online driving test course for £19 with high hopes of gaining comprehensive knowledge to successfully pass my driving test. One of the primary drawbacks I encountered was the absence of in-depth coverage on essential topics such as the highway code and street signs. It's perplexing to pay £12 for a course that fails to deliver content that is readily available for free online. The lack of specificity in the course materials left me feeling ill-prepared for the actual test, as crucial details were either skimmed over or omitted altogether.

Moreover, the course touted itself as a comprehensive resource, promising to equip learners with the knowledge necessary for success. Regrettably, it became apparent that the information provided was far from sufficient. Mock tests, freely available on various platforms, seemed to offer more practical insights and better preparation for the actual exam.

As a consumer, I expected tangible value for the amount I paid, but unfortunately, the course fell short of meeting my expectations. I believe that improvements are urgently needed in the content quality to make it a worthwhile investment for future learners.

In conclusion, my experience with this online driving test course was disappointing and did not meet the standard of quality I anticipated for the price paid. I feel it is important to share my honest feedback on review forums to raise awareness about the limitations of this course and to encourage necessary improvements for the benefit of prospective buyers.

Course line has the best support service especially someone by the name Jack Harson

I bought several courses from Swansea Sixth Form College. They do not post recorded lessons, teachers are unqualified, Course content still not available. Will not refund under the consumer rights act and deducted 2 terms from refund despite cancelling within 14 days! Refund not received for 3 months after threatening court. WJEC have dropped them, others boards to follow. They are just after your money. Avoid Avoid AVOID!!

I brought a course from this company off reed. Im waiting to access the course however on the actual website ive found the course with a different title. And its more expensive on the actual courseline website. No idea what is going on. I rang the number twice the one the website has. But unfortunately it sends me to a person from italy and another person from egypt. So no idea what is going on here im really confused.
