Called to get a refund since I hit something by mistake and saw a charge on my account, first time on site and couldn’t find what I was looking for. The rep was professional and helpful as much as she could be. I was under the impression I could get the court decree. All they can give is public info. I got my court case no and that was pretty much it. I canceled on the charge date and called a couple of days later. The rep was helpful but court records couldn'tgive me the documents I needed. If I got the decree, I would've been happy. Only getting case no, it's an over charge with the increasing costs w each step for search and the subscription charge for nothing more. I canceled the account.

I realized I didn't cancel my subscription, so I reached out to Courtrecords, who responded promptly. They canceled my subscription effective the next day, but didn't specify if I would get a refund. As a result, I can't use the website, and they keep my money. I contacted them three times now with no response.
