No purchase confirmation, eta, reciept or any communication!

I ordered seat covers from the website, did not get a confirmation, reciept, or any communication from the seller. I was charged the full amount via PayPal same day I made the order. Tried to contact them via thier website and it doesn't work (errors upon clicking on submit). Also, thier support email is inoperable (Gmail keeps sending me undelivered email messages).

Also amount charged was changed by seller increasing it by about $13 with no explanation. Shipping should be free and taxes should not be this much.

Here I am 5 days later wondering if the seat covers will ever come.

Not sure what to do at this moment to be honest.

Please tell us the order number. If the email address that you left is correct, you would receive the notification from the system (please check your spam folder too). And we have NO access to change an order amount to the payment platform. Please send the email to services@coverado.com or message us on the website. We absolutely help you to check all the details. Really sorry for the wait.
First, we believe that we need to make an explanation:
We got the tracking number from the carrier and they picked up the package. But they didn't update the tracking details in time on their Network. It doesn't mean that we didn't ship the package!

There are some issues with the carrier's Network, especially during peak season.
We sent the label and the package to the FedEx on December 13 and the carrier picked up the package but FedEx didn't update the tracking details in time. Both the sellers and buyers are affected,

You need to know, it's so bad for us if our customers didn't receive the package because we paid the shipping fees to ship the packages.
As sellers, we hope that customers can receive their intact packages as soon as possible, so that our products and services can be appreciated.

In this peak season, we noticed that the shipping details was updated late on their Network. And we contacted the shipping company and are still waiting their reply.
We are trying to solve this problem.

This is an update to a previous bad…

This is an update to a previous bad review. The bad review was due to a seat cover that didn't fit and lack of communications. Since then Coverado has reached out to me, apologized and explained that they were short staffed and there was some staffing turnovers at the time. They are also sending me a heated seat cover at no cost to make up for the return shipping I needed to pay. So all in all Coverado did come through and stood behind their product.

There is no customer service to speak…

There is no customer service to speak of. Misrepresentation as to 'ship' dates, etc. 4 days since ordered seat cover set and Logistics Co. STILL has not rec'd the package even though the MFG says 'shipped on 06/26'....

We sent you all the screenshots and the response from the shipping company.
And I just checked the tracking details. The package was delivered to you successfully. It took about 4 business days for the delivery. In total, 6 days. ( As our website stated, in general, it will take about 3-7 days for the delivery.)

The package was sent to the carrier by the shipping company on June 26 but the status was not be updated in time in their Network. The shipping company replied, "The package was handed over to the carrier over the weekend. Since regional carriers typically do not ship or deliver during weekends, this has caused a delay in tracking updates."

OMG. Why did you just think that? Have you ever been scammed by other sellers? You don't believe all the proofs that we provided. If you were cheated by other brands before, maybe I can understand you.

You don't know the trust is the most important thing for our brand. We take every customer's request seriously although we may reply a bit late.

The screenshots that we sent are real. You can contact the shipping company and the carrier to check all the details.
We explained all the details and we just don't know why the shipping company used the carrier "Veho" to deliver the package.
Even you just don't believe us, we don't know say anything except providing all the evidences.

Terrible follow through by customer service

My first package never arrived, I was pressured into buying a different version which did not fit my car, and they did not pay for return shipping. They offered a $50 credit, but never followed through on the credit. Terrible company to work with customer service.
