Completely non-existent customer service when I wanted to return a cover that had just arrived.

The cover arrived. It is absolutely terrible quality. Awful. Must have cost around £3 to make. I asked to return it, I was told I would need an RMA in order to return it. I asked for an RMA. That's when the communication dried up. I have emailed many, many times, as well as messaging through their website. They are not responding to any messages whatsoever. These are SCAM artists, THIEVES, and CHEATS. I feel gullible to have been taken in by these by modern-day snake oil salesmen. Always take it as a warning sign when there is no phone number on their website.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered sofa cover and I thought if ok will order chair covers too. Recieved sofa cover and cushion cover. Went on ok but the quality was poor and the foam things kept popping out every time you sat down!!! Decided I didnt like it.Too much hassle and my friend thought it looked tacky too. Asked company for return label and refund.They kept emailing asking for photo. I said I dont need to send photos as I just dont bloody like it and want to return. Again asked for a pic.so sent one of it in the bag. Awaiting another reply?!!! Think I've lost my £50.learned a expensive lesson me thinks

Awful,absolute rubbish product. I only gave one star as zero is not possible. Material is cheap rubbish. Doesn't fit and is stained. No reply from vendor. I have requested American Express to arrange a refund. Do not buy from this company.

Tried to leave a review on their website but it has to be approved by the admin. Don’t think they will want that to happen! It took ages to arrive (not uk based company). It didn’t fit my sofa and it was dirty!!! When I asked to return my item for a refund they showed me the refund policy which states that they can only refund 50%. On the website it says “easy 30 day returns” which is a load of rubbish! Please avoid at all costs!

Avoid at all costs! Honestly wish I had seen these reviews prior. We really need to get this to the top of google searches. Item didn’t fit, made of cheap material, stitching was awful! One stitch per inch. It ripped as soon as I tried to put it on. Sent pictures and they said I would receive a refund. Now a message saying I have to send back the item at my cost or settle for 60% refund. Absolute scam! Still awaiting a resolution. Seems this happens all the time judging by these reviews. I was also hoping this would be a UK company to avoid unnecessary international postage during the pandemic. The site makes out that it is, but no everything is from China. No instructions, no safety regulations no quality.

Needs to be a zero review! Do Not buy from these guys, misleading from start to finish. This product is in breach of consumer rights, it is not as described, not fit for purpose, would not last any reasonable length of time due to the poor quality and stitching (in white on navy material!!) and who knows if it passes any fire safety for the UK as it has no UK care label or infact arrived with no UK info of any kind. CoverMySofa are misleading consumers to buy a product and then making it very difficult to return a product that is abysmal in every way, it is impossible to return the product unopened when it arrives in discreet packaging with no sing of what it is on it and as a consumer we have a right to check the item is as described. I avoid buying out of China for the environmental implications and again felt mislead as thought it was UK based looking at the website and registered address! I have sent mine back after many emails back and forth stating I have not changed my mind and their product is not as described nor fit for purpose, we will see what the outcome is. I will be reporting them if I don't recieve my full refund.

Bought both an armchair and couch cover and they took about 3 months to arrive. Once they did arrive, I was excited to try them. The fabric is so flimsy and cheap that they show every lump and bump underneath so impossible for it to look good. Also no instructions provided! And they just don’t fit no matter how hard you try. Finally the foam rods you are supposed to use to keep the cover in place don’t work and pop out every time you get off the couch. Same for the cushion covers—they look horrible too. I had to sew several seams because there were many holes. I guess I’ll have to consider this as an expensive lesson and have to make my own covers.

If I could give zero ratings I would. This company is beyond disgraceful and has zero customer service. I was sent a cover that had obviously been previously opened and had animal fur on it. I had to battle to get a returns address and I am still battling to get my money back and they are just shameful. Please do not make the same mistake I did with your hard earned money. Take your money elsewhere. They are abysmal.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Not only is this company not based in the UK but they fail to get your items to you. I ordered a sofa cover along with cushions in January its now May and I only recently received the cover and not the pillows. The quality is awful, customer service is terrible. They are ripping people off taking money and you will not receive your order. DO NOT USE!

The covers took 2 months to arrive despite the website saying they would take 2 weeks! The company presents itself as UK based on the website but it is actually China based and all products are made and shipped from there. I had to keep chasing the company to find out what was happening. Was lied to by the customer service rep. When the covers eventually arrived they are very poor quality. White stitching and seams can be seen on navy blue covers. One of the ties to hold them in place wasn't attached. They are constantly slipping and moving on the sofas so look awful. Complete waste of money

Ordered a sofa cover. Was very careful to choose right size. On it’s arrival I was immediately very disappointed about the quality of the cover which was very flimsy. Tried to fit it and failed totally. There were no instructions just a few polystyrene tubes which were useless. One of the tying tapes was detached. Requested a refund. Was immediately offered a 50% refund to save “hassle” of return. Declined. Item returned. Have been advised will only get refund if goods returned unopened and unused. Awaiting outcome.

Do not order armchair covers as they do not fit as there is loads of surplus material.
They did say the one seater sofa would fit but it doesn't because it is too big.
Would not order from this company again for a number of reasons, material thin, communication rubbish and slow delivery,

Terrible service. Ordered my covers on the 2nd of March and still no update as to when they are being dispatched. Do not order from here!

It’s a fraud! Do not buy on this website as you’ll never get your items (not your money back).

I ordered 2 sofa covers on 19 November and wanted to change the delivery address so contacted them on 20th. I got a message back to say that they would respond within 24 hours. As I had not heard anything back by 23rd, I contacted them again by email and messenger to ask them to respond. By the time they responded on 25th November, I was told it was too late to change the destination address as my covers were in the pipeline for delivery. The first covers did not arrive until around 6 December so it must have been a long pipeline! I queried the second cover and was told that as the covers were coming from outside the UK, I may need to pay an import customs charge. I did not know that was a possibility so threatened to cancel my order.
The second parcel eventually turned up much later than the first so I have had to pay twice to have the covers delivered. When I emailed to express my dissatisfaction, the emails back were polite but failed to mention the issues. I certainly wouldn't use these people again even though my sofa covers are really nice, just not worth the hassle.

Took a very long time to be delivered!!! From the website, I got the impression my cover was coming from the UK, but it came from China, hence the long wait and the tracking information was all over the place, not clear as to where the package actually was or what was happening with it. When I finally received it, it looked somewhat like what I ordered, but it's of very poor quality and does not fit properly at all. It can't be used. Was a complete waste of money. Would definitely not recommend people to purchase these. Very disappointing!!!

Took forever to be delivered and tracking that was sent was faulty. When finally received the product it was the wrong colour so asked for a refund and no one has responded to me
