Thoroughly enjoyed this trip. Fortunately shared by a great group. Met my ambition to see a Bengal Tiger on a Ranthambore safari. Only one hotel disappointing due to lack of hot water. Otherwise perfectly organised.

We have just returned from a tour of Rajasthan which was an unforgettable experience, thanks largely to our exceptional guide, Prem Sharma. His deep knowledge of the region’s history and culture brought every site to life. He shared fascinating stories and insights of local life along the way, and was always attentive to everyone’s comfort and needs. His calm presence, infectious enthusiasm and wonderful sense of humour made each day extremely enjoyable. Truly one of the best guides we’ve ever had. Also worth noting that our bus driver and bus helper were wonderful. Even in the chaos of Indian traffic and some challenging roads, we felt safe and comfortable at all times. Fortunately, we also had a really lovely group of people on the trip and there was a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere as we travelled together. A great trip we would recommend unreservedly.

Passage through Rajastan: Very well organised tour. Very nice hotels. Our guide Prem was the most helpful and friendly guide we could have wished for. He made everything run so very smoothly. We also loved his smart appearance and attention to detail and especially his humour.
For the organisers of the tour: an extra day to explore Jaipur would have been very welcome.

Just returned from a fabulous tour of Rajasthan with Cox & Kings. I’d never been to India before so chose a group tour. From the start to the end of the holiday I was taken care of. Really useful information pack before I left (visa, vaccinations, money, etc) & once arriving at Mumbai everything was taken care of. I always felt safe & supported. The best part of the tour was our guide Prem who was so knowledgeable about the country & culture of India & the gorgeous palaces & forts that we visited. He was also a gentle, kind man who responded immediately to any request with grace & professionalism. He made the holiday. It was a small tour 16 of us so we could all be comfortable on the long coach drives which because of all the comfort & lunch breaks we took never felt long. And we never felt nervous driving the long distances as our driver was so careful & skillful. The hotels were also fabulous. And we saw the tigers on our two safari rides (not guaranteed I’m afraid!) I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company or India. I left my heart in India & I shall be returning hopefully on another Cox & Kings tour.

This was my first and last experience with this fraud team. They've organised my transfers as SIC basis but I had to travel with public transport everyday and at some places, booked private cabs at my own.
I've booked 4 star property and done the payment but after receiving the payment, they've converted it to 2 star property and that too out of the city. If you want to get shocking surprises everyday during your trip, then can book via Cox and Kings. My PoC was Mr.Anand untill I've done the payment for first installment but post 1st payment, he has given my booking to someone else and during the trip, we was not at all available, neither he asked about issues which I've posted on WhatsApp group even though he has seen the messages. My trip was assigned to some random person and he was not at all helpful. Their local ground team is so useless. Will never pick your call.
Mr. Anand is a big liar and not at all professional. He has done all false commitment and after payment, he hasn't responded.
It's upto you now if you want to make a memory of trip or a disaster.

My wife and I have recently returned from Argentina and Brazil. An amazing holiday, with excellent guide support in both countries. We did a “bolt on” of El Calafate (Patagonia) and a beach resort (Buzios) either side of the main tour. Hotel locations were excellent, and the planned tours were also very good. Still allowed plenty of time to do what you wanted to do yourself, for example we organised our own day trip to Uruguay, and a visit to a football game at the Maracana Stadium. I cannot praise Cox and Kings enough, and will hopefully use them again in the future, thoroughly recommend.

The 4 day tour in Ravenna was magnificent! So many incredible sites, nearly all within walking distance of our charming hotel. An expert guide, some excellent meals, a friendly group to discover and share it all with. Well done to all involved.

Went in November on the North India Golden Triangle plus Shimla tour.
This was a small group tour of 18 people.
We had stops in Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Shimla and back to Delhi.
Transport was mainly in comfortable coach and later domestic flight and train journey when travelling up into the mountain area.
We were guided and supported all the way by our knowledgeable and friendly tour guide Ajay Shekhawat.
Special thanks to Ajay for passing on his knowledge of places and people, guiding the group through the chaos of Delhi city centre, organising all means of transport as well as local guides where needed.
All booked hotel accomodation were outstanding and same was true for the vast variety of food in the buffet style dinners.
Coach staff always had sanitizer available and also fresh water.
Amazing trip and experience and very good value for money in our opinion.

Ourselves and two friends on the trip also had booked an extension flying to Kerala region in South India.
Spend an amazing day and night on a house boat as well a couple of night in a resort at the backwaters.
More memories made.
Highly recommend this trip and we will not hesitate to book Cox & Kings again.

Excellent Cox and Kings tour to Pakistan with Diana Driscoll. Local guide and tour manager Atta was superb. Do recommend to all travellers this tour with Diana and Atta. You will not be disappointed with the friendless of the Pakistani people, wonderful Mughal forts, palaces and beautiful Sufi shrines.

Cox and Kings Costa Rica tour was both interesting and insightful. The guide was possibly the most knowledgeable person I have ever met on all things flora and forna. A largely unspoiled country, well worth a visit for the unmatched wildlife within the rain forests organised by a great tour company (I have already booked my next tour with Cox and Kings).

I had wanted to visit Ravenna for years and it didn’t disappoint. The tour was fascinating throughout and Sally was a wonderful lecturer, so knowledgeable but friendly and approachable at all times and she communicated her enthusiasm for her topics brilliantly. Our Italian guide Rita was lovely too, with plenty of suggestions as to where to find good places to eat in our down time.
The hotel was ideally situated and very comfortable, better than I was expecting from a 3-star hotel. Breakfast was good too.
I would definitely recommend Cox and Kings to friends and family. Score: 10 out of 10

Splendours of Chile was a fantastic tour seeing some amazing landscapes. The tour guide who accompanied us was professional and caring of all the group. Highly recommend

Full on well organised tour. Logistics very good. Reps always on hand to smooth things out. Like flight and airport changes at the last minute handled brilliantly by the rep.

Departure in 4 days, still awaiting tickets.
Despite being advised by our travel agency, that tickets would be despatched approximately 7 days before departure.

Gives us little little time to research and finalise our plans for the free time we have in the itinerary.

Don’t know times of 6 internal flights and arrival times in next destination of Itiniery, and exactly what free time we have.

A total shambles undermining our exitment and enthusiasm for an expensive holiday.

An excellent tour showing the many different sides to a stunning country

We had a great trip to Andalusia and Gibraltar. A lovely group, knowledgeable local guides and Carlos was a very attentive tour manager

Their professionalism & customer care always ensures that customer satisfaction is guaranteed. Their after sales service was excellent.

We have no hesitation in recommending Cox & Kings for all future travels for a well curated travel experience.

We trust Cox and Kings to choose good hotels and guides and to put together good itineraries. Although the guide on our latest trip (Crete) made no attempt to engender group bonding as there were no communal dinners arranged. Which we would have liked.

We had a great experience travelling around Greece. Our guide tour guide Barbara and driver Nichos were simply brilliant. The wealth of knowledge and commitment to ensure our group got the most out of our tour by Barbara was impressive to say the least. While the driving skill of Nichos on some of the country ‘roads’ we travelled on was outstanding.
The archaeological sites and museums we visited on our tour were brilliant and our non-historical excursions to a local winery for a tasting session and an olive farm to learn about olive cultivation were also first class.
The only disappointment we had on the whole tour was the restaurant in Grand Meteora Hotel at Kalambaka where we stayed for two nights. The hotel is branded as five-star but from the quality of the food served to guests the restaurant clearly was not.

A well planned itinerary covering most of the essential and best sights of the island; also well timed in order to avoid the busiest times and lengthy queues. Communications good. Small group of 18 (the max) led by an experienced, informative and friendly Sicilian guide, Massimo, whose qualifications meant we didn't need to use local guides anywhere. Coach comfortable and well driven, with water supplied to guests being a nice touch and helped to keep the tour party on time. Longer journeys broken by comfort breaks. Hotels were all of good standard, and included meals were generally all very good too, with recommendations made by the guide for our evening meals. The final stay was in Taormina Mare on the coast rather than the main town up the hill so it was more restful, but took longer to visit. We had an extra day which we used to do the "climb" up Etna - we did queue for 45 mins to exchange the voucher provided for a ticket only to be told at the booth we needed to do that in a different area - so communication on that could have been better.
A few very minor issues then but nothing to tarnish a very enjoyable holiday which we would highly recommend.
