The couch arrived at my home reeking of urine with a large yellow stain on the cushion. On top of one of the chairs I ordered never arriving and having no answers yet from customer service

Hello Emma,
We’re truly sorry to hear about this experience. Receiving an item in that condition is unacceptable, and we completely understand how upsetting and frustrating this must have been, especially alongside a missing chair and delayed communication.
This is not the level of quality or care we strive to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the distress this has caused. Our team is already in direct contact with you by email, and we’re actively working through the next steps to make this right as quickly as possible.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We truly appreciate your patience.
