Ordered December, said shipped and now can’t get on site as it doesn’t exist anymore 😫😡 absolutely fuming as the bed wasn’t cheap and now I’ve lost money. No chance of money back either

DO NOT BUY!! SCAM SITE. THEY WONT RETURN CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAILS. DO YOUR RESEARCH!! FAKE BUSINESS

Ordered a dog bed and cat tree on Dec 10th 2022, I have not received either item. I contacted the customer service in which they said it was on it’s way. Still nothing, emailed them 2 more times with no response, now the I can’t email anymore and the site seems to be shut down. It’s a scam! Do not order from here. Usually if it’s to go to be true it isn’t.

Add me to the list of people that were scammed. I ordered my bed in late November was told it was on the way on Dec 9th. Was then told it was delivered shortly after 12/25. I researched the FedEx info provided and it showed someone else has signed for it. I reported this to the company and received replies on 2 separate occasions that said they were investigating the matter. The last email I sent them to find out what was going on, came back undeliverable. I also reported them the the better business bureau. They of course did not receive a response and have since closed the case with making an entry against the business. And now, the site is gone and we're all out the money we paid for this bed. I guess the price was too good to be true. I'm now going back in my records to try and dispute the charge.

A total SCAM I ordered a dog bed got a tracking number that did not work and no way to contact them as all the emails come back undeliverable. Order #15539

I have the same problem as other reviews, getting emails my order has been delivered and to rate them. I contacted that email and here is teir responce, so I am contacting my credit card co for fraud claim.

Like all the rest of you,, I too purchased a dog bed in December and to date it has not arrived although it was in transit on 12/29. I have sent 3/4 emails and received no response. Web site is gone and no way to track. I believe this same company has the same dog be on either etsy or wayfair.

This company should get negative stars. I have sent 4 emails thru their support email and never recieved an answer back. How do we go after these people? DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I wish I read all this before hand. I usually don't order from pop-op ads but the beds were so cute.

I was scammed too. Ordered a cat exercise wheel in the middle of November. It never came. When I chased it by email I was told it was on its way, but then they stopped replying to my emails. Got my money back from my bank. Their website has changed as well in the last couple of days. Avoid this site!!!!!

Total scam. I placed my order on 1/13/23 and got an email saying it shipped on 1/15/23. Never received my order, but got an email asking me to review the product a few days ago. Email link from order confirmation page to customer service is bad and my email was undeliverable. Now it looks like the entire website has been taken down. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

SCAM!!! Please help me help all of us…. This is so unfair! I work 3 jobs never splurge on myself but this truly was something that would have made me and my dog very happy…they advertised I purchased I waited n waited and I also got an email asking for a review…the website vanished the reply to from review url it states is not valid. So where do we go from here? The person who gave 5 stars did you receive your order? If so can you share where it came from? Do you have a receipt or company contact info ?

I ordered a pet bed on December 29. I emailed them and they responded on January 12 with a very apologetic email, but yet no pet bed! I’ve been scammed 😡

If I can leave 0 stars I would!! SCAM ALERT!!! They take your money and send an order # to track and when you click on the link it’s invalid. After I sent a message questioning where’s my item, they sent an email to rate the product. I ordered through Facebook last month- they had no issues taking money immediately. Shame on FB for allowing crooks!

Like the rest of you I ordered a bed for my dog on Dec. 23, 2022 & it's now Feb 2, 2023 & the bed is still not here. I've wrote many emails & they are completely ignored!

I also fell victim to this scam. I ordered 2 beds, a comforter & blanket on January 13th and the money was taken out of my account the same day. I received an email a week later saying my shipment was on the way but did not include any tracking information. Then 10 days later received an email asking for a review. I emailed back letting them know I never received my order but of course, the email address was invalid. I saw their ad on Facebook. Guess I won't be doing that again. I'm out over $90. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

They say they have fulfilled my order, took my money and I have never received the order from over a month ago. Probably a scam!!!!!

Looks like we were all scammed by this fake ass company!! Never received the doggie bed either and now keeping getting g emails asking for a review. The email address for support is invalid.

same thing happened to me, guess I'll have to call the credit card company and dispute it, unreal, facebook should do a better job of filtering out these scams.
