Do Not use this company. The cable knit cashmere man’s jumper arrived as a thin polyester and “spandex” rip off. It was an expensive mistake. Don’t fall for the glossy pictures, misleading product descriptions and false reviews on the website. It deserves zero stars.
Total misrepresentation. The site should be shut down immediately.

I wanted to order 2 items - miniature glass birds in a frame (so, wall mounted 'pictures'). The website was difficult to use, the ordering system was unclear, giving little or no proper comprehensve guidance how to order precisely what I wanted. The photos displayed of the wall hangings were misleading. So I wrote to their customer service department with a list of questions (about 10 questions!!). Their reply clearly showed they had NOT read my email. They didnt answer one of my questions. And, their answers were more relevant to an order for clothing!! I will NOT be ordering from this lot, their terrible Reviews record reflects my own experience. You could be forgiven for wondering if this is some sort of SCAM.

So treated my boyfriend to his 50,th birthday as a meal out to the Lincoln branch and found the place nicely presented. Boyfriend ordered the linguine and sides. I ordered the sea bream. We ordered sides too and small plates. His had no sauce though. All dishes tasted nice though. Waiters were good, but didn't care about our experience .
We will go again but be prepared to get sides as mains aren't big. The burgers for other tables looked big though and worth the money. Maybe it's a place for drinks, atmosphere and burgers.
Still nice and will visit again.

When arrived not the quality advertised on their site, if anything it was worse than crap.

Scam website - make sure you chargeback!

If you have been scammed by this website, make sure you are issuing a chargeback to your credit card. This company is not adhering to the correct distance selling laws by displaying there address on the website. This alone should be sufficient for you to get your money back. The company does not have a registered UK address and mentions nothing of the returns needing to go to China. Everyone put in chargebacks where they have been scammed and get this company shut down!

The product I bought was incomplete/broken and they would not refund unless I sent it back which I would have to pay for. The return cost more than the item itself. Trying to return was a nightmare.
The product wasn't what was described in the details on the webpage. The quality was so poor it is a complete con!

Do not ever use this company! Do not, like me, be drawn into the professional looking website stocking quality looking clothing. The whole thing is a SCAM! I ordered a mens sweatshirt top with collar buttons for my dad. The fabric close up suggested a soft waffle-knit texture. When it arrived I was horrified by the waffle knit printed shiny top I recieved. Instantly I went to the website to process a return and filled in a form. When I then recieved my response from China questioning why it needed returning and asking for photos I realised my chance of a full refund was very remote. I continued with daily communication with them suggesting I gift it to someone as an option (I'd be too embarrassed!) I was eventually offered a 30% refund or a full refund of I paid to return it to China. I went to the post office and the return postage would cost £20 and the value of the top was only £29.99. I cut my losses and accepted the 30% refund as I ended up a couple of quid better off. Appalling. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE!!!

Purchased an item. Item described as 'stone'. Turned out to be plastic. Have tried to return / get a refund. Their policy is to direct you to the seller; seller is Chinese, so that don't recognise UK law to not have to meet return shipping costs for a defective item. So I would have to spend as much as the item costs to ship it back to them to get a refund! Have complained directly to Cozy, no response. So I would recommend that you don't shop with this company because my experience is there is a really poor / zero response to any issues that arise. Whenever I message 'Cozy UK', oddly I just get a reply from the Chinese seller; it's like there is no UK element and you are only buying from China; BE WARNED.

I ordered an "antique" leather jacket, and when it came, it wasn't antique at all...also the position of buttons was very strange. I asked to send it back, then they made it difficult - they said I could have a 10% discount, or if I wanted to send the jacket back, I had to pay for all the shipping and customs costs back to China - also required some specific paperwork - they increased their offer to 20% so I accepted that, knowing that I would never ever buy from them again, and I recommend the same to anyone reading this. They have "UK" in the company name, but certainly have no presence here.

This company fooled me as I never buy from Chinese based companies. Over the years I have learned to avoid at all costs. This cozyuk.com placed an ad on Microsoft outlook next to my email reading page so I thought they were in the UK.

I bought what was advertised as Calf Skin leather shoes, I was first concerned at the time it took to deliver. When they arrived they were in a plastic bag with no invoice or return label as is normal with companies that sell shoes online. It took just one second to see they were plastic, not leather.

As I paid through PayPal I instigated a complaint as I knew exactly what was going to happen, the Chinese game of endless emails of varying offers of discount usually starting at 10%.

I learned that on the Paypal site they are trading as Happy Culture and Arts Media Co. with their contact email starting with pearl_guerrerohgqx When I received a response from cozyuk it was from another company called Scenery Trade Co Ltd. Where Oliver asked for photos of the package, to prove it was theirs and of the shoes that were way too small for the size I ordered. Oliver totally ignored the fact that I demanded a return and full refund because they were plastic, not leather. The next email from Oliver offered the 10% reduction and I keep them to give to a friend they may fit as a gift.

As they have a history of scamming people with fake goods I contacted Microsoft advertising who seemed concerned and eager to investigate, I mean they could be scamming thousand of people all over the world making millions. I also insisted Paypal do something as they channel a lot of the payments to this company, as they say follow the money. This is far too easy for Chinese scammers to do and advertisers need to be far stricter and make sure they just can not do this. They are criminals and I urge anyone that has been scammed to go all the way and report this company. With enough evidence something can be done.

Ordered one of their infamous cat sculptures. Realised after ordering that they scammed people and cats delivered were not stone, but resin or wood. Cancelled order and after several back and forth e-mails they did refund me!

Do not buy anything from this company. The shoes I ordered which were advertised as calf skin, turned out to be a pair nasty, smelly pair of plastic shoes, nothing to do with calf skin. The size I ordered was 9.5, the shoes arrived in 6. The company was very reluctant to give a refund. As the shoes were directly delivered from China, returning them would have costed £18.00. In the end I accepted the 20% refund I was offered with a loss of £38.00. I STONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY.

I couldn't give it zero stars. I ordered a jumper and paid for the extra postage for a 2 day delivery. Waited 2 weeks and after chasing it finally arrived. The quality was poor and the sizing isn't correct. I ordered a large (using the measurements on the website) but it was way too small. Chinese sizes. When I emailed for a refund they did respond with a 10% refund and keep the item. After negotiating and a few more emails I accepted a 20% refund. If I wanted a full refund I would have to send it back to China and pay for the return post, which just wasn't worth it. I'm still waiting 3 weeks later. I'm not holding my breath. My advice DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM COZY UK JUST DON'T waste your money and time. Take notice of all the other negative reviews.

I ordered a cashmere jumper, I got a jumper which was very obviously not cashmere and nasty yellow colour instead of the colour on the website.
The picture of the glass rainbow birds was equally poor quality, and arrived creased.
Don't waste your money, absolute con !

I ordered a roll on for migraine , and it says " this product has received" I haven't received anything at all.. i emailed them nobeeply onviously another bunch of Scammers who feeds from someone else's earnings...they needs reporting!

Please do not buy from these scammers. I bought 3 pairs of orthopaedic shoes, they were all too small and one was completely different than advertised. On contacting the company they suggested I give the shoes to friends or family and a 10% refund. I don"t have any friends or family that are size 3. I paid £32 to return the items for a full refund but they claimed they never received it despite receiots and photos of the parcel. So in total i"ve lost over £130. '

Bought clothing from this so called Italian company they're nothing but cheap nasty items. The supposedly cotton cargo pants at £29.99 each were actually horrible Nylon bottoms that looked like shell suit bottoms from the 80s! Jumper with leather patches on the elbows were actually plastic patched and the jumper was polyester not wool as described. So far ive been offered 10% back and to keep items, then 20% then 40%. I've got paypal involved but now im having to take photos of all items and the return address label to this so called address in china at my own expense its absolutely ridiculous! This company (if you can call it that) needs shutting down and fast!

It was advertised as a polished stone cat head.Turned out to be made of wood and very badly painted.
Complete rip off.They are a bunch of scammers.
£40 down the drain! Avoid this bunch of con artists
