Cheap, thin leather. My belt and holster felt like a $4 toy cowboy belt from Walmart. They charge 25% restocking fee, no matter what garbage they send you. YOU PAY.

The holster was worth the wait. It fits my Ruger Security Six like a glove and they had it in left-handed!

The leather looks to be of high quality, and I like the double stitching with good quality thread.
All in all this is a great quality holster. I will be buying more.

I have purchased three holsters from Craft holsters. All three of them were made for specific revolvers and all three are of the best quality. One of the holsters had a extra long delivery time, however Craft holsters were very supportive. Well worth the wait. Will buy again!

Front sight drags really hard. Should of had a sight track/guide. It took 5 treatments to mold/stretch for good fit. Had to wrap the gun with several layers of tape to expand enough for good fit.

Great holster, perfectly refined, great attention to detail. Fast delivery time. I recommend.

5 stars on the product, 2.5 stars for the wait... But the holster is beautiful! I bought the cross-draw model. It's different than most other holster manufacturers. It takes a break in period, but it does work into a glove like fit with thumb break on or off I have reliable, safe retention. If you can put up with a 6 week from build to your door time, you will not be disappointed

Just received my Reinforced Leather Belt Holster, for my 5" Kimber TLE II (w Rail). It's a full size 1911 in 10mm. The Craft Holsters mahogany leather holster is very well made and a beauty to behold. It fits my pistol like a glove and sits well on my belt.

I am very very dissatisfied with their customer service:
- Customer service is extremely slow. It's not uncommon for it to take a week for a response
- Their return policy is misleading and impossible to satisfy. I purchased a mag pouch. None of my 9mm or 10mm mags fit. I requested a return and refund. They refused saying my mag pouch works for 9mm. Well my Glock mags don't fit.....

I'd stay away from this company. Very poor business practices.

Buy from Amazon. You can return your items if it doesn't work.

Only giving it a it might go up to a 2 once I receive the next holster. If it actually fits but ordered a specific holster for my sig. P226 now when I ordered the picture had the red dot cutout on it. So I assumed it was the correct one upon receiving it. It did not. So I contacted them to see about an exchange and was told they are unable to do that even though the product was in stock, they didn't make it custom. It was in stock, but they wouldn't accept the other one. Back to return made me pay another $81 to replace the holster. For the shoulder harness So I have nearly $300 and 1 shoulder harness. I think that is unacceptable and I will never buy anything from them again. I even offered to pay the shipping to ship it back to get the right one. And they still made me buy a whole nother holster.
I would advise strongly against dealing with them as the quality product isn't worth the cost. When you consider how much it actually cost me to get the holster I know. I will never shop with them again. They made no attempts to make it right.

My experience with Craft Holsters was excellent. The holster fit perfectly, feels sturdy, and the craftsmanship is top notch. Shipping was fast, and the service was professional.

At first I was disappointed with the product and bashed them on a review. Upon further study I realized the holster worked fine with the 1911 style pistol in the cocked position. My bad. So give them a try but study the pics closer!

I purchased Craft Holsters OWB Leather Pancake Holster w 2 Carry Positions. This is the best leather holster I ever purchased. Thier instruction videos on how to break-in the leather and how to care and treat the holster are excellent. I puchase it in black and I will be purchasing the same holster in tan. I highly recommend Craft Holsters.

I ordered a holster on 10/25/25 - it shipped out on 11/19/25 and I received it on 11/24/25 - when I placed the order I wasn't aware that it was coming from Europe but they did say it would take approx 30 days - the holster is made well and actually fits my pistol/light combo correctly - being hand-tooled leather it was VERY stiff and required significant break-in - after a week of conditioning the leather and sliding the weapon in and out numerous times, it's getting better - I'm happy with my purchase!

I received my holster today, and I am extremely impressed. I have been searching for a long time to find the right holster for this firearm, which holds great sentimental value as it was my grandfather’s favorite piece—a 1970s Colt Python. Until now, I had never been able to find a proper fit.

I opened it just a few minutes ago and was amazed at how perfect the fit is. It required no break-in period and looks outstanding. The way it slides in and out is flawless, and the precision right out of the box really exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciate being able to personalize it with my grandfather’s initials. That meant a great deal to me.

Very good quality and great customer service

I just received this item... Really impressed with the quality leather, great color, stitching is top notch, I was so upset the mags didn't seem to fit when I first tried to push them in the holder. Tight... That's expected so I spritzed the inside with the break in fluid. Re inserted the ill-fitting mags and left it overnight. That seemed to free things up but the mag on one side would hang while the other pulled out snug but not a problem. Here's the fix for my S&W M&P Shield single stack mags need to be inserted with the flat side of the heel in centered and the round side to the outside, this puts the hooks in the mag that grab the inside gun on the outside where the leather folds and is slightly shaped so to not hang. Retention screws will let you adjust the hold to avoid the mag slipping out. Once I got this resolved I just fidgeted with the mags in and out to where now everything fits snug not too tight and are easy to purposely remove and insert.
