I bought solar lanterns from them but their advertising was a stretch. They were not as big as the pictures depicted and that is an understatement.
When I went to return them they said I had to send them to China which would cost more than the lanterns did. The service is awful

Though there wasn’t a date mentioned and it was a bit past when I would have liked to have it- I was happy with how it came out. It was worth the wait.
Many asked where I got it from, so be ready for some more orders later!

Unfocused!!!
I ordered twice because I wasn't happy with my pictures the first time. Then I ordered a second time and they just took the exact same pictures as the first time. What do I send the pictures for if they don't look at it.

I never received the product and when I emailed no fast response. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It’s a scam. I ordered for a Valentines gift!

It’s cute but not worth the money because the constellations don’t look good at all. It’s a jumbled mess for the most part. The names and dates are printed clearly.

Worst company ever!!!!!!!!! ZERO customer service, no reply even when I told them I hadn't received my item I ordered 2 months later!!!!!! Ridiculous! Do not waste your time with these people! I'd give ZERO stars if I could.

Do not recommend, order from literally anyone else
Also took over a month to arrive, received a tracking number that just said info submitted, did not update to actually having the item for about 3 weeks. No idea how it can take them so long.

The order was late and it was incorrect. I will never order from this business again.

I never did receive my order. I got a refund from Etsy but will never order from craftigify again. Now next year I have to order 2 yearly family ornaments!! That’s ok next time I’ll know who not to order from!!!

This was a gift for Keith Ford and his family- from me. I spoke to him after he received and he said the sun catcher was very nice.

This is the replacement names are not correct. Omitted grandpa on two & uncle on one…. Now they are saying I did not write it to their understanding… this isn’t their first attempt…it’s an excuse…. They really figured I’d just let it go…. I can’t give this as a gift ….I need to find another company .. ugh. Thought I was ahead of the holiday season
