Scam! Die Box ist ein absoluter Witz! Die 3 Projekte in der Überraschungsbox waren genau das was ich nicht ausgewählt hatte. Und der Wert der 3 Beutelchen steht in keinem Verhältnis zum gezahlten Preis.

Kennelijk heb je een abonnement op het moment dat je 1pakket besteld. Hier wordt nergens iets over gezegd. Ik kwam er achter bij de tweede afschrijving. Gelukkig via PayPal dus ik kon mijn geld terug krijgen.
Contact met dit bedrijf gaat redelijk. Maar omdat het pakket al verzonden was moet ik het zelf terugsturen naar China op eigen kosten.
Wat ik heb ontvangen is overigens van redelijke kwaliteit, maar niet goed genoeg dat ik er vaker iets ga bestellen

I didn't buy one but it looks like a scam.

I bought a ‘surprise’ box! Oh yes it was a surprise! £50 box reduced to £26. I received one small crochet project, 1 small macrame project and one small, 3D string heart light. Not one of these came with any instructions at all. Totally useless. Marketing is very misleading, suggesting that many crafts will be delivered. Don’t go near this site. Shocking!

DO NOT BUY! The website advertised a non commitment "cancel anytime" experience. I received the first box and decided this was not for me and cancelled. I have continued to be charged ever since. Also, the boxes presented to be around $20 each (affordable right)? I am now looking at $60+ boxes of yarn and pipe cleaners! SCAM SCAM SCAM. Shame on you.

I purchased one box. The following month I noticed £50 was taken by them from my account. I contacted them to say I hadn’t ordered a second box and was told they automatically signed me up for monthly boxes!!!. I said I couldn’t afford it and asked for a refund. They said ‘it’s too late to cancel now’. The box arrived a week later and an email said they’ve now unsubscribed me. Not good!!!

Absolutely scam. They show you a big box and offer it at 70% off, but that because they are giving you a box less than half the size with non of the items you ticked that you wanted!!

I will admit i got sucked in by an exciting 70% off a sale box of mystery craft items. The clip showed a big box with at least 7 different packs going into it. It apeard to be a one off, box full of stuff, i was excited to recieve some different crafts, such as stained glass, wire work, jewellery making and many other advertised possibilities.

What i got was a small box, smaller than A4, with three yarn based crafts that seem very basic.
After reading other reviews here, it seems everyone got the same 3! Fox, flamingo keyring and a tacky looking string heart.
Very disappointed 😞 and annoyed with myself for falling for it !

WARNING THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY, DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR JUNK. It didn't show up for almost a month, in the meantime they drafted a full price box from my account a few weeks after my original order. They didn't wait a month to steal more money. I contacted them to cancel as soon as the draft hit my account. Said they couldn't stop the shipping but I could request a refund & Return once I got the box. I contacted them again and now they tell me sorry no refund as it's been 16 days. I didn't see anywhere that said 15 days to request a refund.
Now to discuss their products.
This is literally dollar store crap what they show you online looks almost nothing like what they send you. On top of the fact they have you select your interests so you get things you like but they don't actually look at your answers because they just throw random crap in these tiny boxes. In the pictures they show large boxes but they aren't even half that size. Save your money & avoid this company like the plague.

They sent parcel and missed bits of my address and then blamed me for not receiving it and when I asked about it they said not there problem

I answered an ad on Facebook that implied it was a one-off order of some craft kits, which I did receive but were advertised for adults, but were of child standard and very poor in quality for the money. to my horror, I noticed a payment went out of my PayPal account for £50 for a subscription to them that I had not agreed to or asked for. The package was already dispatched and I eventually managed to cancel my subscription but it was difficult and convoluted to do. They definitely wanted to catch me again, I felt. In all fairness, a package arrived but it is NOT worth £50 and again, is crafting on the level for a child of 10. Very disappointed in the company as a whole. Not at all recommended in any way.

Total scam company. Tried a box at half price supposedly one off. It wa sitter rubbish 3 items you could buy in Poundland. Today received email saying they have taken £50 for subscription I did not sign up to. Bank informed and am sending emails every half hour and will take legal action if they don’t cancel. Products are absolute rubbish and so is the company

scam comany previously called my craft ckub had loads of one star reviews on trust pilot . sent everyone the same poor quality three items then sets uo subscription without knowlege wont reply to emails. even when reported missing items not worth £50 a month cheoa rubbish . the other box was free crafts a fox that you cant actually crochet. no instructions . company ignore emails absolutely shocking.

Terrible company. Sign you up for a subscription without telling you and take £50 from you for a craft box full of poor quality items. They won’t let you cancel the box before it’s delivered or provide a return address. They lure you in with an offer which you pay for but then take another £50 for a subscription you didn’t agree to. Absolute scammers.

PREVIOUSLY CALLED “MYCRAFTBOX”—THEY HAVE REBRANDED DUE TO ALL OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON TRUSTPILOT!!
They even tried to BRIBE reviewers to take down negative posts!!

I was really keen to try this. I wanted to try some new crafts—I wanted something worth £21.

Spoiler: barely worth a fiver.
They don’t even send you full balls of wool for the little crochet fox. They have tiny winds of wool that I can’t imagine will even make the final product. I already crochet—I wanted something new as promised.
A glue string light heart 🙄 hardly carefully curated in each persons tastes—apparently everyone has got these items
I’m so disappointed. I was looking forward to this.

They've mysteriously now changed from "mycraftclub" and their previous TrustPilot page now says "instawhim" - a bike accessories store. They are now operating under "mycraftjoy".

Their other trust pilot page under "mycraftclub" has a less than 2 star average rating as many many customers were unhappy, so I believe they might be upset about that and want a new trustpilot page. I have read a lot of customer reviews regarding this company and feel bad for everyone who has faced these unsolicited charges.

My personal experience with them was that I witnessed and had proof of them stealing content from another business called Craft Club Co for advertising even though they claimed in their reply that "all of our branding and promotional materials are either original or licensed".

They tried to report/flag my review, and accused me of providing "false accusations intended to harm our business reputation" even though I had screenshots. They flagged my review many times, but I presented the screenshots to Trustpilot and Trustpilot kept my review up.

I encourage you not to steal images/content in the future.

Terrible company. They have charged me £51 for items I did not order. They don't answer any of my emails so would advise people to be wary of them. I have sent 6 emails but they just ignore them. So rude
