So here’s the reality: after an initial call from a junior clerk about my sponsorship application, I was told a senior specialist would contact me the next day — that never happened. I’ve chased them around five times since, and every time I was promised a call-back that never came. The phone line is just a call-centre loop where you have to repeat everything from scratch.

On top of that, it’s clear they outsource the work to ad-hoc immigration advisers they don’t seem to control, which makes the whole setup even less trustworthy. Overall, a deeply unprofessional firm and absolutely not one I’d rely on for anything sensitive.
