Crate Hire Company Avaliações

I don’t normally write these reviews but I had to with Hills as the whole experience was second to none. Very helpful and friendly staff on the phone who I had to call a few times to extend the crate hire as my builders went over schedule a few times. I would recommend to anyone wanting to hire crates.

Super helpful and smooth service. Good value.

Great service, I had to use them whilst moving residential properties. I had to extend my crate hire for longer than expected and the process was straight forward. Service was also great value for money.
I would definitely recommend

Amazing service, great comms & a friendly voice on the end of the phone. They are now a prefered supplier for equip.

Excellent service

All great, professional and helpful service, best price that I found by a mile

It's all in the name! They deliver when they say, they pick up when they say. Can't ask for more!

Good customer service , service worth for what I paid

I hired the LC3 crates for a house removal and they were perfect, much better than using cardboard boxes. Prompt delivery and clear communication when ordering. A cost effective solution when moving. Thank you.

Really nice, friendly people and easy service to use. Very helpful if you need to extend your hire.

Perfect Delivery and Collection which helped our project run smoothly. Would definitely recommend and definitely will be using again in the future. Thank you

Great service. I was really impressed on the service. Delivery came timely and pick up too.

Crates are dirt cheap to rent and very reasonable pricing for delivery and pickup (unlike other companies offering the same service). Good customer service on following up and confirming dates. Drivers extremely friendly and polite. Crates are very clean and in perfect working order. Would have given 5 stars was it not for a small glitch where an incorrect amount of labels had been included. I don't hold this against them and didn't bother chasing it up with customer services, as crates and contents was due to be moved the following morning. I am certain they would have gotten these out to me if I had called them up.
Will be using these guys again for certain and have no hesitation recommending them. Great Service!

We were so happy with this service!! The drivers delivering and collecting the crates, as well as the company’s customer service department, were beyond nice and kind. And the crates made our move incredibly easy and stress-free, what an amazing find. We have already recommended it to friends :)

Brilliant service! Easy to use, great value.
Would definitely recommend, made our move much easier. Thanks!

Very helpful and professional service. We hired crates and a dolly - as described and great quality.
