I don’t think I’ve ever used a worse app/technology platform than Crave. I don’t say this lightly but I can’t think of a single positive thing to say about them. Pick your hell- categories don’t have any logic, no way to teach it what you like, randomly picking a movie only to discover it’s only available in French, paying a premium to still have adds. Protecting bell media and punishing consumers is what drives people in Alberta and Quebec to want to separate from Canada. I would risk jail time to illegally stream HBO before paying for crave again.

Horrible service for a paid streaming platform. For two episodes in a row (Episode 30 and 31), they uploaded completely wrong video files that have absolutely nothing to do with the actual TV shows. To make matters worse, their customer support is way too slow. I had to wait over 1 hour and 10 minutes on their live chat just to report a technical mistake made on their end. Furthermore, their video player lacks a basic "Report an issue" button, which is unacceptable for a paid service. Very disappointed.

Too many commercials. We get together as a family to watch a movie or show as we have limited time for each other. I will not recommend Crave at all.

Had a gift card for over a year, tried to use it, and said it was invalid. They tell me I have to give them the exact date it was purchased! After a year and bought buy someone else. They said they can't use info on card!
So my $50 gift card it useless. Never will do business with these idiots again.

I paid for premium which inclueds no Ad's!!! Yet I tried to watch "king of new york" and they make me watch Ad's for a minute 30! Cant fast forward! They suck! So doed BELL!

Trying it watch Law and Order. Every time a commercial finishes the app freezes. Reboot/restart sometimes works but not always. Extremely frustrating.

The worst!! Their app. is the worst!! Always buffering. So much adds!

You would think spending the amount of money it requires to use this service. Then now to top it all off, these pricks boost every show with a ridiculous amount of ads. You're dealing with almost 2 minutes of ads every 15 minutes. Its complete abuse and these money hungry fools are never happy with the scams they run.

To top it all off, its slow, laggy and youre better off running an android box then dealing with this garbage. I predict these guys blow it and go out of business with all this nonsense. TV can be free and more people are realizing it

I am writing to formally express my frustration with the way advertising is being handled on Crave. The volume of advertisements that interrupt programming appears to be significantly amplified compared with the actual volume of the shows being watched. In my experience, some advertisements are coming through at what sounds like roughly three times the volume of the program itself, creating an extremely unpleasant and disruptive viewing experience. This sudden increase in volume is not simply an annoyance, it has caused significant strain on my audio equipment connected to my television, and I have also experienced discomfort and ringing in my ears as a result of these unexpectedly loud advertisements. I should not have to sit beside my remote control throughout an entire program just so I can immediately mute or lower the volume when an advertisement begins. If the programming is being delivered at a reasonable listening level, the advertisements should not suddenly blast through the same system at an entirely different and potentially harmful level.

What is particularly disappointing is that I do not experience this same problem with other streaming services or programs. Advertising should not make viewers feel as though they need to protect their television speakers or their hearing every time a commercial begins. This issue has ultimately led me to cancel my Crave subscription, and I have also discussed the problem with friends, coworkers, and family members who have made the same decision or are reconsidering their subscriptions. When customers are being driven away because of an advertising practice that makes the basic viewing experience uncomfortable, that should be taken seriously. I strongly encourage Crave to review how commercial audio levels are being processed, normalized, and delivered to subscribers and to ensure that advertisements are maintained at a consistent volume with the programming they interrupt. I would appreciate a meaningful response explaining what Crave is doing to address this issue, rather than simply being told that the volume is "within acceptable levels." From a customer's perspective, the experience is clearly not acceptable, and it is a major reason I have chosen to discontinue my subscription.

For the cost of this platform, a person would think it would be quality viewing. Please don't expect much from Rogers. 1. Very few Canadian programming. 2. Have to stay close to the volume for most ads. They're volume is so loud, we don't have to sit on the volume with Pluto, tubi or even Paramount or Netflix. This platform is garbage, I'm so frustrated that it's not better for the price. I didn't realize it was Rodgers and I hate them & always will

They block all access to their website and phone for anyone out of country, making it impossible to cancel your subscription without calling your credit card company. And they will NOT give you any refund even though they know you can't use the service you paid for. If you travel to Canada, it's not worth risking a subscription, unless you're confident that you'll remember cancelling before leaving.

Unbelievably terrible! It crashes every five minutes so we have to start it up all over again and then be inundated with another four ads that we just saw. This happens with every show, nothing but ads and crashing. I am deleting it.

Crave.ca makes UN-subscribing an account very very difficult. Their own instructions available on their own website do not work. Their own service telephone number rings constantly busy. (I tried for over 2 hours). Their website has no way to cancel your subscription.
To successfully cancel you call 1-888-272-8388 and the operator will eventually send a link that enables you to cancel.
Do NOT call 1-800-272-8388 as you will not get through! I suspect that is intentional.

The worst of the worst, I wouldn’t even bother with this piece of crap, constant buffering then the commercial start again again more commercials than there was when I was a kid

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced from a streaming app. I know I cancelled my plan, but somehow it didn't go through. Was charged and contacted customer service IMMEDIATELY. Only for them to placate me for 30mins pretending to see what they can do just to tell me they "can't" reverse the charge. What an absolute joke. Wasted my time for something they could have just said right away. I will never use this service again.

We have been with crave for over 10 years. For obvious reasons we needed the cheaper subscription and I am completely disgusted. I can't watch a 20 min show without 4 commercials every 5 mins. It's UNWATCHABLE.
We have prime and Netflix same type of subscription and it's nothing this bad. Shame on you. We will be cancelling

Vraiment, n’importe quoi… Ça bogue toujours. Quand on appelle pour dire que ça ne fonctionne pas, ils disent que ça a rapport avec mon Internet. Pourtant, nous n’avons aucun problème avec aucune autre application, seulement avec celle-ci. Très déçue, surtout que la majorité des émissions que nous voulons écouter sont à cet endroit.

They are such scam artists! I joined so our family could watch a movie. We then learned we had to sign up for Starz at an additional cost in order to watch the movie. I phoned customer service within 5 minutes and asked to be refunded. No way, they kept my money and we did not see the movie. STAY AWAY FROM CRAVE.
