My xperience with Crazy for Ewe has been awesome from the the first phone call about the yarn I was inquiring about to the time my 8 balls of yarn arrived! I would recommend your yarn shop to any of my knitting friends and wish I lived close to be able to visit the store, brouse what you have (love to be able to feel the yarn), and get to meet your staff,

This shop feels like visiting a friend with smiling faces and a warm embrace. The ladies who work there a so special in their own way and have a wealth of knowledge to help you with any challenges. And I can forget he amazing yarn and needle selection for any project you may need them for.

I ordered yarn for the flag scarf online. Within 24 hours I got an email that my order was ready. Going into the store is always like visiting good friends who are glad you stopped by.

Overall, I’m disappointed with my shopping experience at Crazy for Ewe. I don't have a local yarn store, so online shopping is my only option. I had been eyeing a couple of cocoknits kits for a while, and this store was the only one I found stateside with them both in stock. Or so I thought. After a couple of days had passed since placing my order, the website boasted same-day shipping, I reached out to the shop’s owner to inquire about its status. Only then did she inform me that one of the kits was out of stock, and she had to order it from the supplier. It would have been nice had she initiated the communication, but whatever. Things happen. She also didn't mention anything about the other kit I ordered. This will be important later. So, I waited another week or so for my order to ship. When it arrived, the kit that was in stock was opened (resealed with Scotch tape) and contained an expired item. Nowhere on the item’s sale page was it described as anything other than brand new. When I brought this to the owner’s attention, she insisted that the kit, now discontinued, wasn’t used, just opened and that the newer version came with fewer items and was $20 more. So, I could either return it at my own expense, or she could send me a new bottle of wool wash to replace the expired one.
I had half a mind to return the entire order, but I did not want to spend additional money on an order that had already cost me $200, so I opted for the latter. Yet here I sit; nearly a month has passed since I placed the order, and I have not received the replacement item. And yet again, the owner hasn't reached out to explain the delay. I wouldn’t have written this negative review if she had been forthcoming and offered better customer service. The shipping delays and opened-boxed kit wouldn’t be issues had she just told me about them upfront. This was my first time shopping at Crazy for Ewe, and it will likely be the last time, too.

The shipping was very quick and the yarn was packed well. Loved the little thank you included with my purchase.

Crazyforewe.com came through for me. I ran out of yarn with only a few more rows left. I was able to find the yarn I needed at a good price and fair shipping rate. They shipped it so fast and I was able to finish my project with only a small delay!
