Fit Quality is perfect, using for long time and print is so good

I got the hoodies from crazymonk.product quality is so good and comfy also they have more collections on anime

They are the worst. I ordered two different products. They delivered single one. And haven't refunded the amount from last 1 month. Everytime they will say, give 24 hrs.
Thats it.
Worst service and worst product. Looks like they may be fraud.

I purchased from their site. the service is excellent. product quality is awesome.

Such a fraudulent company and they don’t give any heed to the reviews that people post. They picked up items for return on 31st August and never refunded. I have been chasing them Everyday in WhatsApp but no use

Experience with Crazymonk was very worst. Return policy is very bad and you cannot get your refund within 10 days. I am unhappy with Crazymonk as they refunded my amount after 15 days after chasing them and sending lots of message on WhatsApp.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Crazymonk , and I must share my frustration with others. Despite placing an order for a t-shirt in August 2023, I faced a series of frustrating obstacles throughout the process.

While I received a confirmation email, I was left without any updates on my order. I had to initiate contact with Crazymonk and was met with puzzling responses. Even though I provided the necessary details when placing my order, they asked me to send them via WhatsApp, causing unnecessary delays.

Despite my continuous efforts to obtain updates, each time they claimed to have started the delivery process, the t-shirt was nowhere to be found. My frustration and disappointment grew as the weeks passed, and I felt like I was getting nowhere with them.

After almost a month, I demanded a refund, which turned into a nightmare. Their responses became increasingly evasive, and they failed to initiate the refund as promised.

This experience has left me feeling scammed and cheated. They showed a complete lack of professionalism, customer care, and basic integrity. They took my money but failed to deliver on their promises. I urge others to avoid doing business with them and instead seek out reputable businesses that value their customers and deliver on their promises.

DON'T FALL PREY. IT IS A SCAM. !!!!!!

The scammer gave me L size Tshirt which i think it will be XXL and when i asked for return they were ready to return my order but no account details of mine has been taken. So i kept the T-shirt for not getting scammed with refund money.

Literally fraudulent company, they have been processing my order for 2 weeks and they are not responding to any questions on their social media and email support.

In short, these people are SCAMMERS, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
