started this a few weeks ago without much background in the topic, so I wasn’t sure how difficult it would be. The lessons are explained in a way that’s fairly easy to follow, and I like that things are broken down step by step rather than all at once.What I’ve found helpful is that there’s guidance on what to do next instead of just giving information and leaving you to figure it out. Of course you still have to put in your own effort, but the structure makes it easier to stay on track. So far it has been a useful learning experience for me.

I joined Refund Academy to better understand the refund process and how it works in real-world scenarios. The training material is structured and easy to follow, especially for beginners who are completely new to this space.

What I appreciated most was the step-by-step breakdown and practical examples. The modules are clear, and the explanations are straightforward without unnecessary complexity.

That said, like any online program, results depend heavily on individual effort and consistency. It’s not a “quick win” system — you need to apply what you learn and stay disciplined.

Overall, Refund Academy provides solid foundational knowledge for those genuinely interested in learning the process. I’d recommend it to anyone willing to put in the time and effort.

Like others have said, it is a legitimate business but the marketing hype is unrealistic, very hard to turn this into a profitable business, there is a LOT of cold calling that has to be done to get anywhere, so if you don’t mind making 100 calls a week maybe it will work for you but it’s not for me and if they had been upfront about this I would not have invested. The training materials are crap and not worth the money and the online support is limited to regurgitating what’s in the substandard training program anyway.

While we have had some success in the business model, it is very expensive for the quality of the course (outdated platform, outdated information, poor quality documents with spelling errors etc). This really is something you could figure out on your own if you knew where to find the information.
We have since taken part in a different course in the marketing sphere which was immediately much more successful and gave a lot more support, and for a lot less investment. We applied our learning from the other course to the refunding business and have had a much better response since.

I was back in the truck heading for Sydney last night, and I must say I haven’t been in such a good mood on the highway for a long time.
This I put down to your wonderful words of support and encouragement, conveyed to me in a beautifully warm, genuine, caring and down to earth manner, which filled me with confidence that I have made the right decision to get into this business and I feel more than ever now that “I can do this”.
I also was so impressed with your non judgemental attitude towards me, and that the slow pace that I’m working at in the business does not matter as much as staying focused, to keep moving forward and to not give up. I also was stoked that you like my plan to smash my mortgage before stepping away from the full on interstate driving and return to part time supermarket deliveries, which will give me much more time to develop the business.
I am thrilled also that from your humble beginnings you have risen to much greater financial and lifestyle heights, but you obviously haven’t forgotten where you’ve come from. That in itself should be wonderfully inspiring for all of us who have joined you, me, most definitely.
I will work as hard as time allows me, to progress and develop my business and personal skills, so that our next Zoom call happens sooner rather than later.

PS…I laughed when you dropped the F bomb, because it was appropriate at the time, and I’m sure you’re well aware of how much truck drivers swear, and there was me yesterday minding my ‘Ps&Qs’, and you showed me how down to earth you really are. Loved it.

I considered signing with this business, however their amateurish sales spiel left a lot to be desired. They were secretive and didn’t want to provide detailed info and refused to provide referrals. As I was hesitant they kept calling me on various numbers and sending text messages which reeks of desperation.
Due to their lack of openness and questionable tactics I would not recommend this business. Some of the positive reviews on here are old and duplicated on their website.
I received 3 emails from a company salesman during the month of May, including an invoice for $8997 on the 8th May.
When I displayed reluctance to proceed, mainly due to the salesman being secretive and his refusal to provide requested details. His refusal to provide contact details of one of their operators for me to check the viability of their business model, which I found alarming, what do they have to hide?. I received annoying followup calls from their salesman calling from different numbers including withheld ones for up to 2 months after they invoiced me, harassing me on both weekdays and weekends..
Beware and don’t waste your money.

Without a doubt Create Business is a top training organisation, their business program was a godsend, I don't say this lightly. I had an accident and was faced with a massive medical journey as well as loss of job. During that period which was very dark I decided to take a punt, thinking self employment was my only way forward. The Create team were with me every step of the way, through ups and downs and times when I was veering off, kind people who genuinely had my best interest at heart and gave me the space to stumble but we're there to help me get back up. I am grateful to them for doing everything they can to assist me and always showing up professional and supportive no matter what mood I showed up in. This program is game-changing for me. My income quadrupled in the first 4 months. The coaching and support is amazing. I was ready for the Refund system and ready to do the work, and the training has skyrocketed my skilset and my ability to serve in a great industry. I highly recommend Create business and especially the support team at Create.

The create team are really down to earth, and genuine- I wanted to find something that can work for me, and I was ready to become my own boss, this business program was very well laid out, easy to follow and when ever I was nervous the support was online with a live person who knew me and guided me so I was on track again. I am really glad I went for it.

I want to endorse the Create Business team. For starters they don't over promise and have definitely over delivered to me. I actually think that for the effort and time they put into their customers( daily support, creating your business assets etc) that it's very well priced. Which brings me to my last point which is this is an honest company. I had a problem early on with registering my business and I botched it up, the support couldn't really navigate against my error, the next thing I know the CEO herself is on the phone with me and assisted me problem solve it, she was amazing and had me sorted in about 15 minutes. This level of service rarely ever occurs anywhere else. Very few companies care enough to roll their sleeves up after they get your money- but Create Business Australia is different and that makes all the difference to their clients success and overall experience. I can not thank them enough.

I had an existential crisis occur with everything in my world going sideways. I took a deep breath and time to process and I decided to change direction on everything. I saw an article about the refund specialist system and was very curious. I contacted the business and impulsively onboard that same day, let's be honest at that stage of my life all my carefully laid plans had gotten me nothing but suffering so I thought ' here goes nothing' and off I went. I applied for the premium ultima program and dived right it. I was surprised how much I liked the business tasks and getting into what was a very new and foreign business concept. I am very please to say I am now running a very healthy little refund company. I work solo and make a decent income which I know how to grow. Don't get me wrong am not a millionaire but after my life crisis I was left with very little and today I am buying my own home and have a very good company car too on the business:) I am a very realistic person. I know I have to keep chopping at it, but for now at least I am heading in the right direction. Love this company and how they do things.

So just for context I need to say that in 2020 I got suckered into a cryptocurrency gig which emptied my bank account to the tune of $50k. By the time I realised I was scammed it was too late, my life savings gone. Crying about it didn't change the facts. So by the time I recovered I was very weary and looking for something that was more sensible. I was willing to put work in as long as I can see the rewards and benefits. I read about the Refund sector and spoke with Rachael from Create, I checked their website carefully and took my time to ensure that I was taking the right decisions especially after what happened with the crypto mob. Alot of the things Create said validated that they are the real deal. They refused to me and qualified me just as much as I qualified them. I very nervously entered their Refund Specialist training and for the first time things make sense. Remember that having an amazing potential and a great business doesn't mean you won't have pushback or have things that frustrate you. What impresses me is that they do not embellish things, or gloss over things. There is alot trash out there with zero substance selling snake oil to gullible people and don't I know it...so for me Create Business and their practices was that final thing that restored my hope.I have recovered the crypto investment losses so finally can move on with things. This business does deliver but you have to be able to put the time in.

create business intentionally put terms and conditions below the submit button. There was no mention of terms and conditions before the submit button. They coerced me to my signature and use it as they wish on their paperwork. They were falsely using my signature to the documents I never intended to sign and showing that as evident on dispute.

Immediately once I received the login details, I realised I was scammed into signing their contract, which I wouldn't have signed if I read terms and conditions before i press submit button.

I immediately asked for refund when I felt I was scammed. As they were rude and blamed me for signing over the phone on 24th Oct 2022, I contacted CBA to dispute the transaction. Please check with Create business what their business model is educational or franchise. I requested a refund on the 23rd immediately after i realised they made me to sign into terms and conditions which i haven't seen when i pressed the submit button and im currently disputing the transaction through reconciliation but they are really hard to deal with.
Even though they are claiming refund specialist they don't refund.

Please beware how your signature can get into any documentation they want before you want to join their so called franchise or educational business model.

Looking at all reviews I haven't noticed the reality of the things. Yes, can confirm it is a real business and not a scam. Create provide all the training materials, it is worth to realise upfront - to make a return on your investments (especially nowadays) - will be challenging.
Don't be under the illusion that it is going to be easy money. First, think about searching for and identifying the person. Second, the current situation is not working in our favour. ASIC, IRD and other government entities are focusing on creating public awareness about unclaimed money. They simplify processes and ways how money can be claimed by the person itself.
Another challenge is to override the client's concern about the reality of owing this money. If you are lucky to find the right person, you will still need to convince them to provide the signed documentation.
In summary:
- to make some ROI you need to dedicate your considerably;
- it can't be considered as a sole business, perhaps, as something that you do in your spare time
- remove all illusions of easy money

Having said that, I want to admit that Miriam is a lovely person.
