Received my item as described and on time. I left my details for interest on an item that’s out of stock everywhere and seemed to be discontinued or finished stock, these guys came through and sent me a purchase reminder.

Made a major purchase online of a product I had seen in Bushmills. Good to know that online orders are delivered from their own stock so delivered quickly by a local firm. Can’t fault it!

Easy transaction, great Comms together with Royal Mail Special 48 hour delivery included. Package arrived as scheduled and co rents were exactly as described and what I needed. Would easily and strongly recommend Creative Garden without hesitation!

They do the best room spray, candles and diffusers…… only criticism is they always run low on my favorite which is fresh linen

I bought all my material for a full garden renovation in 2025. I cannot fault the material supplied and used. My garden is beautiful. However, the director Brian gave poor advice for amount of material required for measurement provided (gravel sheets - sold double the amound required). To be fair, he took the over supplied material back he was clear doesn't do returns (but he had advised us of the amound required for the measurement supplied and was incorrect). He provided a credit note for over €1,000 for creative gardens. He allowed me to place an order for the credit note which he didn't honour and claims he is too 'busy and successful' to remember. He is immpossible to contact and refuses to return my calls. Based on my experience with Brian, I would not recommend Creative Gardens. Buyer Beware..

This website is very easy to navigate and very informative regarding products, stock levels, online ordering and delivery. I had been searching tirelessly for what I wanted and was elated to find it online at Creative Gardens. I'm housebound due to medical issues and to see that they posted items I was so pleased. I placed my order, received confirmation email and went straight back and ordered another. Confirmation emails were very quick and shortly followed by shipping details. Items arrived on the estimated delivery date. From start to finish it was a pleasure to shop here and it certainly won't be my last time either. I came across Creative Garden when I was looking for retired Jellycat’s to my amazement. I have been able to purchase two. My experience from start to finish has been exceptional with cheap and fast delivery perfect items and would definitely highly recommend. Thank you for such a great service.

Ease of ordering online, quick & free delivery despite courier getting lost although eventually arrived after a phone call. The Alexander Rose Companion sets (x2) are excellent quality with good instructions to assemble. The boxes were very heavy the courier was unable to help carrying in as palate would not fit through garden gate on his trolley, fortunately we managed with help from a neighbour. Would certainly recommend

I purchased a barbecue online as Creative Gardens were the local supplier. It was super easy to use the ordering system and they had a great offer on there too for me. Delivery of my barbecue was as planned and the courier was exceptional in their delivery of what was a very heavy and awkward load. I found the website to have great information on the product. Ordering and emails to confirm returned quickly. I was kept fully up to date on delivery. You were able to track delivery driver and time of delivery so not waiting around all day.

I was looking for a Pergola and ordered one from Creative Gardens online. The communication from the company was excellent, particularly around delivery. I received updates, and it was delivered on time, within a week. The gentlemen who delivered the boxes were so friendly (and witty!).
Assembly was relatively easy (some issues with alignment of screws, but that is a manufacturing issue). It took longer to unpack the boxes than it did to actually assemble the Pergola.

I have to say that my experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend them and will use them again!

Bought the very rare largest Weber kettle and it arrived on time and in good order.
