Not as per expected software
Just same as previous reviews, I'm utterly disappointed with Creativio AI. The software, riddled with errors, is nowhere near its lofty promises. Seeking help and hoped it will be resolved without knowing when. Oh, Creativio AI, how you dazzled us with your shiny ads and big promises. The software has potential of course and mostly suggested it can be released later only when it is ready.
As mentioned by other reviews, if you are trying to get a refund only added to the frustration due to the complex and tedious process. Worse still was the customer service – instead of assistance, we received rudeness.
In all, Creativio AI's misleading ads, false hope product, and poor service make it a brand to consider to avoid. You can save your money and look elsewhere.
Everyone, seeing all the reviews here and their youtube, it happened to multiple people. So you know what not to do.

Their 30 day money back guarantee system forces you to dig out a bunch of information from the system that they would already have on file to be able to claim a refund and then once you get all that information to them they say you have lapsed the money back guarantee period. STEER CLEAR.

Horrible images created with the false pretense of easy-to-use ai app
I'm starting a small business for my mom for her handmade tiles. She's not good with online selling so i took photos was going to upload them on etsy. Then i came across creativio's website. It said "Get Studio-Quality AI Product Photos In Just 3 Clicks for Influencers". I checked the website, there was a video explaining how to use the app. The guy in the video is such a good salesman i was bought in a min. It said there was no need for tutorials. I would just write a prompt saying what i need and then upload my products photo and i would get a studio quality photo in 60 seconds. BS. It's such a lie its insane. First i was so convinced it was good i thought i was doing something wrong. So i spent around 6 hourse watching videos and trying. Not a joke 6 hours not 60 secs. And the photos are so bad quality and amateur it looks like i dont care about my business and so cheap didnt get a proper photographer or my 3 year old niece is discovering photoshop. Worst money spent. Oh and of course there is upgrade-to-pro for more dollars. I'm sure if i was to to do that i would get maybe %10 of the quality service i was promised.
