I used Credee as a finance option for my clients for a short time. It seemed like a good plan at first. However, when clients ghost on their payments they make no effort to get those payments back, so I stopped using them. But that’s not why I’m so pissed! When I stopped signing new clients up, the existing clients that were already making payments continued to do so. Well credee decided that since I wasn’t bringing in new clients that they didn’t have to pay me for clients that were paying them. In short they have stolen my money! They owe me thousands and refuse to pay. Every time I call them, they make excuses and obfuscate. It’s been a year and they won’t pay! They are thieves! I am seeking legal action.

Originally I was skeptical of using this platform to assist our students with financing their tuition. After working with Udita not just over the phone but through meetings as well, I can happily say that working with Credee has been a positive experience. The communication between not just Udita and myself but also with the entire staff at Credee working with our students and their family is paramount. I can wholeheartedly admit that any confusion or possible conflicts on any end has resulted in education and clarity every time. Udita has set a standard for ALL financial institutes, we are planning to work with Credee into the unforeseeable future due to her acts of compassion.

My personal experience with Udita has been nothing short of amazing. She is extremely supportive and thorough with being sure I understand and meet my deadlines.

I rarely ever give reviews like this.. I give tons of grace as none of us on this earth are perfect!! this is my HONEST feedback and experience as a business owner. I was referred to this platform by a client & was super thrilled to come across a payment plan option for my high ticket offers through consulting and professional education. They express that there’s partnership opportunities to bring your book of business over which sounded great due to the nature of my own business and my own clients businesses. The onboarding process is very unclear they tell you to go ahead and get going so that you can start offering the payment service in your business, I did just that.. I generated my first contract, sent copies of my service agreement which they ask for.. Once you sign up, you’re instructed to do a *verification* which includes your LLC paperwork, Business licensing, EIN & Drivers License. FYI: Certain states do not require business licensing..
There were delays due to admin issues that needed to be resolved on MY end.. Fine, did that. Completed all of that on my end.. However, my customer paid the first payment to the platform in December 2025. No payout. I’m very patient when it comes to business however, things have become very complicated when trying to receive payment.. When reaching out, it has been a nightmare and a plethora of other reasons as to why I have not received the first payout.. after submitting what they asked. They stated my portal was locked due to “Documents being Under Review”? How can a customer pay to Credee in the first place if “Documents are Under Review” and Non Compliant? After I spent the past 2 days waiting around to hear back.. Still no rectifying of the issue.
After Submitting new documents, Now there’s *another* issue with the Service Agreement that was Originally sent back in November 2025?????? which is why I have not received my payout? First it was the LLC, fixed. Then it was *Business Licenses*, No need in the state my business is in going by the state laws. Now it’s the service agreement that was missing verbiage that was never written or sent to have in the service agreement in the first place. I asked for Jacob Joseph to send the EXACT information that would be in the agreement.. he sends it over, Completed. After this.. now, The LOGO in my letterhead needed to have LLC, at the end?
After comparing my experiences with who I was referred by.. there’s so many gray areas that have became suspect. It’s thing after thing..
This whole situation has been a total nightmare and has caused loss of wages and revenue. There’s not just me having issues with payout.. also other customers who have generated payment plans/contracts already through them due to the same nature of issues. Lack of transparency, Lack of organization, Lack of communication & many red flags.

At this time, I am no longer proceeding with this contract or continuing services through Credee Finance.
Due to the ongoing delays, shifting compliance requirements, and the fact that customer funds were accepted while my account was allegedly “under review”. Even after the requested docs were sent there was still a run around. They claim my client will be refunded. To be clear, I am not requesting further document revisions or continued processing.

I worked with Alex at Creed he is a phenomenal person. He was easy to get in contact with. He worked with me. I was always able to reach him. He answered all my questions. This company credee is a big Fraud. My client made a payment of $18,650 since 7th of March, 2025. The payment has completely cleared my clients bank account. As of today 15th of May, 2025, credee is yet to payout this money to me. All i have recieved is different lies everyday. I also spoke to MAX, their manager he lied that i was going to get my funds in 24 hours. Its been over 2 months and i still do not have my funds yet. STAY AWAY from this fraudlent company. They will take your money and never give it to you.
Rhea was very kind, caring and knowledgeable. I thank Credee for giving me rge opportunity to get my treatment done at Premier Welness.
