Customer Service From Hell
This place has not sent me my funds and it's been two days!!!!! When I log into my account it shows me the invoice for a loan that I never received!!! No e-mail transfer or ANY receipt of a payment!!!! It's nearly impossible to get ahold of customer service!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Maybe not cut the loan amount in half…
Maybe not cut the loan amount in half when someone reloans when any other time they reloaded it was always the same and then out of the blue it's cut in half no notice or anything! Doing so put people In jeopardy of losing there home or place to rent if they are relying on the same amount that has come month after month up until all of a sudden its cut in half ! That's wrong to do to people and as a company I'd be ashamed of myself fir doing that to anyone
