This company is a scam. Everything that they offer you, you can do yourself for FREE! I was under the impression that using them would expedite the process, but I was wrong. When I found out that they can't expedite the process, I called and asked for a refund the very next day. And they are refusing to give me a refund. I will have to speak to my bank about this to get my money back. DO NOT USE THEM!

I as of now I was made feel comfortable and that a resolution is attainable. I have to wait and see if this helps my situation with bad credit. I’ve been lead down this same road with similar companies promising positive outcome to only find myself in a worsening financial situation…

On my first contact to Credit Joy, Latoya G. was very helpful and jump right to educating me on what my rights are as a consumer, very patient and answered all of my questions and concerns about the process, however we got disconnected due to Latoya having computer issues, I then called back and Aaron A. stepped right in and picked up right where Latonya left off.

I was very satisfied with the way the both treated me in this and matter..
