Horrible customer service I hate I got a card with them they don't care about their customers
You are better without CreditOne
You are better off without CreditOne. I paid off my balance so I can use the card for the holidays. The payment went through and cleared my checking account. However, I wasnt able to use my CreditOne card because they put a lock on my card. I called them why theres a lock and they said that I need proof from my bank that I paid it. My bank statement is clear that the payment was released as I verified this from my credit union banking. So I needed to upload that statement as a proof of payment and send it to CreditOne customer service. Then I had to wait up to three days for them to get a response. So, there goes the convenience of having a credit card and the holidays are over at this point. It was more of a burden because i used my ATM instead of this card. Beware that this card charges a $75.00 annual fee on top of high interest rate.
Credit one Bank credit card bad experience
Recently, I noticed several unauthorized charges on my credit card. I contacted Credit One Bank and spoke with a claims specialist who assured me that the unauthorized amount would be refunded. She also stated that my card would be deactivated and that a new card would be issued. The credit adjustment appeared in my account later that day. However, about a week later, I received an email from Credit One Bank stating that, after completing their investigation, they reversed the credit. The reason given was that the card had been used in the area where I live. I immediately called Credit One and spoke with another claims specialist, who told me my account of the situation contained “discrepancies” and that the merchant claimed I was the individual who used the card on October 15, 2025, at 3:30 PM.
I explained that this was impossible, as I was at work 21 miles away at that exact time. It would not have been feasible for me to travel 21 miles, check into a motel, and return 21 miles back to my job to clock out at 4:00 PM. The representative also stated that the merchant had provided a receipt, which was attached to the email. When I reviewed the receipt, I noticed it included an ID image of a man I do not know. The individual in the ID is clearly not me. I informed the representative of this, yet she insisted that this person was “with me” when the card was used. After explaining my situation multiple times, I was told that the decision was final and the call ended. I then contacted the merchant directly to explain that my card had likely been cloned and that I did not authorize any charges. The merchant refused to assist, stated they would lose money, and abruptly ended the call. It has now been over a month, and I still have not been reimbursed for the unauthorized charges. Each time I call Credit One Bank, I am met with unprofessional and unhelpful service, and it is extremely difficult to speak with anyone in the fraud department. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with this credit card company. Their handling of fraud claims is unacceptable, dismissive, and financially harmful to customers. Another serious concern I want to raise is the treatment of customers who fall victim to fraud and must contact Credit One’s customer service for help. Based on my own experience, after speaking with more than five different representatives, I was made to feel like a criminal rather than the victim. Instead of receiving support or understanding, I felt dismissed, pressured, and accused, which caused unnecessary stress and made the situation even more difficult. No
Credit One Bank fraudulently pulled my…
Credit One Bank fraudulently pulled my credit report without my consent. I asked them if they pulled my credit report and I was told no.
I asked several times and was told no by a supervisor named Rose and representative named Anna. I reminded them that I did not give them permission pull my credit, and was told by Credit One Bank that they didn't pull my credit report, and didn't know how to. I recorded the full conversation between Credit One Bank and myself as proof, and took a screenshot of them stating it would only be a soft pull if they did pull credit. However, I found out on October 14, 2025 that Credit One Bank did in fact pull my credit, did a hard pull from all three major credit agencies, and lied about it. Credit One Bank is a scammer who fraudulent false advertises, pulls people's credit reports when they say that they will not, and deceives people by claiming that they do not know how to pull credit reports. They're very misleading people who should not be over people's personal information. They need to be investigated for fraud.
I spoke with a representative named Anna and a supervisor named Rose on October 15th, 2025. Both told me that they never pulled my credit report. Supervisor Rose's ID number is 317027975. She told me that Credit One Bank had no way of pulling my credit report when I spoke with her on October 15th 2025, and Anna claimed the same.
I’ve had my credit one card for 2 1/2…
I’ve had my credit one card for 2 1/2 years and I rarely use it. Today when I tried to use it to book a hotel, the card declined. When I called customer service, they informed me that the system automatically blocks you from being able to use your card Whenever it feels as though fraudulent activity is occurring. There’s no way to override it, and once it blocks the card for whatever transaction you were trying to make towards whatever company it was, you can never use that card to make any future payments towards that company again. So let’s say for example I want to pay my phone bill and they would automatically block it. I would not be able to make any payments towards my phone bill with this card again. I’m flabbergasted. My flabbers are gasted! Luckily for me, I have a Citi card that never ever ever lets me down. I will be closing my account. This card is not dependable whatsoever.

CreditOne is the slowest unorganized company I have been in mercy of. I paid my full account off but I had to send in paperwork for validation of my account. I have never been subject of having a full paid off account and have it on hold after giving all of my paperwork. That was successful apparently approved. But waiting for the back office.
This credit bank is so ridiculous
This credit bank is so ridiculous ! I always try and make payments and I guess by the time they take the funds out the funds aren’t there anymore or not enough funds by that time . Like why is it taking soo many days to take out the payment ? When I make a payment I’m assuming it’s getting taken out not just letting it sit in my bank for days and days ? So idk what the issue is but it’s getting annoying and then they consistently call you over and over and over . I finally had to block so many numbers because it was getting ridiculous . Like 8-10 calls a day
This Credit One bank is nothing but…
This Credit One bank is nothing but fraud. They targaret poor black areas and saying they are helping to build their credits which is a lie! They send me a prepaid credit card in the mail {which Idon't like credit cards} for $2000 dollars. So, when I received the original card back it was only for $300.00 dollars. l had an issued with that, false appertised. I only used $90.00 and paid terms was $ 30.00 I paid back $30.00 they did not give me credit for that $300 dollars, instead they charged me $90. before my term due date I decided to closed it because I knew something fraudent about Credit One Bank. They went from $300 to $600.00 in collection.
Been with them 3 years
Been with them 3 years, sure they have high interest, but for me they gave me high credit.

Worst bank/credit card issuer on the planet. They give you a very low credit limit and charge you an annual fee. Customer service is somewhere overseas and extremely useless!!!!!

Te roban el dinero y cierran tus curntas
They approved me/ Activated card then Blocked it.. Have never used but they wanted payment?
They approved me, sent card..then made me send in documentation which I did. but never activated/ unblocked card 3 months ago! Charged me $100 in fees/ expected payment (though never used), then Las Vegas dept. waived balance to zero since it was their mistake (s). Still can't use card or get a call back from a Director or Decision maker to fix it. Lame.. Ridiculous.. Why send it to me and act / comfirm it's "activated" but never has been?
Highly Unprofessional
Highly Unprofessional! Got approved for a Credit Card and it was shipped out July 11th. 7-10 business days till delivery. I received an email that my “… card has arrived” Checked my mail, nothing. I called and was told to wait 3 more days. Waited a bit over 3 days, nothing. I called again. I was told it was the 9th business day and my card should be delivered tomorrow on the 10th business day. Checked my mail on the 10th business day, I received a statement balance, no card (the balance for my yearly fee) which they already charged before I received a card. I called again, they cancelled the card and now sent out another card which I was told to wait another 7-10 business days.
I couldn't be happier to post to review…
I couldn't be happier to post to review about this bank. This is my first real credit card. This company is a joke. The customer service is poor. It's all outsourced you can usually not understand what they're saying and makes everything during your conversation so frustrating. I think they have kind of shady business practices they they are quick to cut you off for nothing I received my first statement bill which only had my annual fee on there before I even received my credit card it took them two months to get me the credit card and once I get it two days afterwards they cut it off because of pasty balance I would never recommend this company to anybody as soon as I can I am canceling my membership I guess it is so please please stay away from credit One Bank
Don’t trust this credit card they don’t…
Don’t trust this credit card they don’t do the basics that a credit card is supposed to like protect you from fraud.
I had charges on my card that were not mine and they did an investigation and said they found nothing to credit my account back. They said they wouldn’t re-open the case unless I opened a police report.
It wasn’t my charges but they don’t care and they don’t wanna do the work. So as soon as I pay off the rip off artist Home Depot charges I’m gonna close my account and tell everyone to stay the heck away from this company.
Very frustrated and disappointed!
Calls 5 times a day, hangs up hangs up like a scamster
This company has been calling 5 rimes a day. They never leave a message. It simply rings once and disconnects as soon as you answer. I did not reply, as It is a well worn trick scamsters use to trick into you into calling back (because you thought it was a dropped call), so they know they have a "live one" and can sell your info to other scamsters,
Even more indicative of illegal intent, they never once left a message! Not once!
Today I finally called back using *67 and asked to take me OFF their scam call list and the first thing they did was ask for "your complete credit card number or complete social security number". To me, this seems like even more indication of illegal intent. I refused to divulge this information and demanded to know 1) who they were, i.e., what company was calling me 5 times a day and 2) why.
They insisted they were Credit One. I'm not going to fall for this scam, so I called Credit One to report these scamsters and discovered that is was actually Credit One!
I had to ask the heavily accented phone rep 7 times before they would tell me WHY they were calling 5 times a day. She kept saying "It's automated". Obviously it is automated but WHY are they calling 5 times a day? She replied that one account was overdue. I was on my account page while we held this conversation and it clearly indicated the minimum had been met, and that there was no payment currently due.
I very recently received a second card from Credit One, and it was hidden in an area on the far upper left. Unless you click on this area, you never see the second card or any notices, like the overdue notice to which I am referring. I immediately paid, but requested to speak with a manager regarding the abuse Credit One was making of my phone number: 5 hangs ups every day.
Another question she could not answer: WHY, if I was overdue, and they felt in necessary to call 5 times a day, was there never one single message that a payment was overdue, or simply a request to call regarding on "an important matter? Again the rep could not answer.
When I requested a manager, she replied: "We have no managers."(Oh, really?). After more frustrating conversation, she admitted they have "supervisors". I requested to be transferred to one, and was told "I'm sorry, but we are experiencing high call volume now". That's odd, I got through right away to the heavily accented rep).
I insisted in being transferred anyway, ans listened to music for a long time until I finally hung up, defeated. Of course this is EXACTLY what they wanted.
1) No commercial enterprise should be allowed to call clients or customers 5 times a day.
2) The number they are calling from reveal who they they are.
3) If it is important, leave a message, I'll call you back.
4) If you want payments, how about putting a banner on the first page after log in informing the customer of important information, like an overdue? Isn't it easier than calling 5 times a day?
5) Don't assume everyone knows your drop downs and where notices are hidden on your website.
SHAME, SHAME, SHAME ON YOU CREDIT ONE FOR BEHAVING LIKE A SCAMSTER.
You would have gotten your payment much earlier by behaving in a more legitimate fashion.
