I would like to join CRC everything they have sent me have been very helpful but after seeing all the complaints on BBB I AM Hesitant so many complaints about Bad customer service no communication on software up dates etc I went from being excited to geesh.

My review went from a 5 stars to 3 stars rather quickly due to the issues I encountered, on more than a few occasions, with inefficient customer support. This is definitely an area of concern that needs to be remedied immediately as it undermines the goodwill and hard work Daniel has put into building the company.
Updated to a 4-star review after speaking with CRC customer support. They stepped up and acknowledged our concern and took corrective action.

The customer service is virtually zero
The customer service is virtually zero. I lost 4 brand new clients in the first week because the secured client access wouldn't let the client enroll so that I could upload their scores to the platform. For 3 days straight I called all day and tried to chat within my portal and no response. One client called me unprofessional, and the others told me to contact them when I get my stuff together. Terrible customer service I would recommend them based on my experience as a new member.

At first they did a good job, but then as the days went by they stopped doing it. They didn't communicate on time. The customer service was terrible.
