Had a problem with my billing, but Leo helped me out and that made me feel okay, but I had lingering questions on this matter. The next day, another rep Ann called me and graciously refunded one of the two charges which made me feel really good about this company. Amazing!

Made one call ... everything was handled perfectly!
My communication with Dina today was very fruitful in that ALL my needs were realized, and all of my questions answered as well. She listens well, provided immediate solutions and... with such a kind mannerism, invited me to call back when necessary.

I summoned them they came and they solved my issues. . End of story
Customer service was excellent I had to use them twice in the came through with flying colors both times great attitude very informed and made sure that all my questions got answered. What more can you ask for from service.

Simple and easy diagrams of graphics side by side with all three credit companies and seeing the difference made it easy to see what was happening to my scores and what I was leaving out it is very simple and it makes sense you know and since make scores it was very good
