If you are serious about building your…
If you are serious about building your business credit this will work. You have all the steps laid out for you. For example, if you need to make a phone call to get something done, they have the prompts that you need to push to get to the correct person. That sounds like something simple, but that has already saved me hours of frustration. They also have very responsive customer service. It is easy to call and get a live person that cares about what you are trying to accomplish and give you good advise. This program is worth every dollar that it costs.

As a startup trying to build the foundations of the company's fiscal stability, the products and services are superb. The monthly cost is high, but I recommend adding to your budget for 1 months cost at least, so you are truly establishing your company for financial success, both in the startup stage, and long-term strategic planning. Thank you for calling me the day I visited the site, thank you for taking the time to explain your services, dually explaining 'that if I could afford it in my startup budget for 1 month, to purchase then cancel at least' instead of trying to only sell me on longterm commitment route. I would have hung up. Your customer service was fantastic, and caring, sympathetic, you listened to me rant about my credit, reasons for certain issues, and argue why students should be required to master personal finance from 6th through 12th, no exception; thus, teaching valuable resources to develop a generation of competent online and offline, open banking and open financing institutions, and consumers thus reducing overall general welfare liability through a decrease in the dependency on the state eliminating a percentage of a wellfare state, through good monetary spending, budgeting, and the complete understanding of leverage, credit and debt if knowledgeable and responsible

You are resourceful
The Responses have been timely. The steps on Credit Suite helped me prepare for creditors. Your options for financing are more than I imagined.
If you do not have a 700 credit score…
If you do not have a 700 credit score or higher, DO NOT USE CREDIT SUITE OR CREDIT KEY.
I was oversold, overpromised and they have under delivered tremendously. There are ZERO options for you even if you have fair personal credit.
The whole point of becoming a member and starting this program was to begin building business credit so that I would not have to utilize my personal credit any longer.
After wasting my money using Credit Key to pay for the Credit Suite program, I am now between a rock and a hard place as this economy continues to spiral downward.
Credit Key is also useless so DO NOT let Credit Suite convince you to use them when they keep sending emails saying "pay any invoice" which isn't true. The Credit Suite rep told me there was a 12 month option and when I signed up, Credit Key only gave me a 6 month option which was the same as with Credit Suite. The only benefit is that is was like a Net30 for the first payment.
There are better options than these two crappy "programs" so research and do not waste your time and money.

We have had a few excellent customer service representatives that are very knowledgeable. The steps have been very straight forward so far and the website is very helpful.

I needed working capital for my business and contacted Credit Suite. I was a little bit skeptical, because it sounded too good to be true, but I was approved for just under $100,000 in my business name in about 30 days.
It ended up being much faster and smoother than I expected.

Worst money I've spent on my business.
Without question, the worst money I've spent on my business. If you value constant phone calls and emails with no real value behind them, maybe this is for you. But, I bought into this program with the understanding they had guided software to take you from step to step - and they do.
It takes time for things to report to the credit bureaus, and they can't control that. I absolutely understand.
But, my credit reports updated April 3. I uploaded them and emailed the business advisor team asking about the next steps. I didn't get a reply. I replied to one of many marketing emails, asking for a status. I got a snotty reply, saying I needed to call them to talk through the next step.
When I logged in today to find my account marked "Not Responding," I was rather irritated. I've emailed several times and talked to them a handful of times while in the waiting phase. I'm not getting on the phone with them every week when there is literally nothing to do but wait.
So, I called them today for this critical conversation that had to happen before I could start the next step in the process. I expected some kind of conversation about my business goals and objectives... but no. It was a strange, stilted conversation during which the woman opened up the next step for me. There was no point to the call.
And I'm starting to see there's no point to the program. I'm sorry I paid for it.
Edit to Add: I've been thinking about how best to address the reply from the company. I'm slightly appalled they publicly shared my funding status - Kinda strange. But let's be clear: I was offered lending before I bought into this product. I decided to accept the funding offer when I realized it would be a while before I could get more favorable terms. I was funded less than two weeks after buying Credit Suite - long before any of my "critical" company facts were updated with the credit bureaus... I told Credit Suite this when I declined to give a testimonial about the product.
I gave a critical review of the product. Their response was to discount my words and share details about my company. That probably says more about their business practices than my actual review, so I'll just leave this be.
