I’ve been ordering from CrepsUK for about a year now and I am always pleased with how fast my orders come and happy with the customer services as they have such nice workers. So excited to keep ordering more of the latest shoes!

Sooo happy with my order! Not the first time i’ve ordered but I’m always left pleased. Arrived on time and all was authentic. Wanted to change the size after placing the order and was able to get through to customer service easily with no hassle. Will definitely be ordering from CrepesUK again.

Second time ordering from crepsuk and second time I receive shoes within a day of ordering, also much cheaper than other websites (gamekick had my shoes up for 40£ more!!!)

I was really impressed with the product I bought, and great delivery arrived fast and within the time frame specified would certainly buy again

I placed a order for a pair of Jordan 4’s. The delivery was very quick and efficient. The shoes were handled with great care and everything was delivered with a 10/10 service through out. I would have to mention that the checkout procedure on the website was so also so simple.

Never received my order. Communication is bad. Received refund this morning without explanation. First time trying this website after checking the review but left disappointed.
Update. Your warehouse team never contact me in the first place. No communications after order is placed. How long until the money back in my account? Cos i need to re order from other shop

Accidentally placed an Order and company got back to me via Whatsapp within 24-48 hours and got my refund issue email minutes later, and payment was recieved the very next day!! (which is quicker than alot of other larger companys)

I spoke with Adam regarding my order who dealt with my enquiry within a matter of minutes! He immediately sent me a photo via WhatsApp of the item, phoned me back straight away and shipped immediately, item arrived by lunchtime the next day and saved my teenagers birthday! Literally.
The set is perfect and my son and myself could not be happier! Adam, you honestly could not have done more for us!! 5***** A+++! Absolutely second to none!! Thankyou so much, from all of us here, can’t wait to buy from you guys again.

Bought as a birthday present so under a time scale. No 1 contacted me to say there’s a problem. I had to contact you for you to tell me you don’t have them in stock. Now too late to get from anywhere else. As you can imagine the wife is ecstatic. Thanks for the let down
