I thought this item was made in America but it came from China.
Took 23 days to get here which was longer than what the website said. Was beginning to wonder if it was a scam!
However it turned up and seems to be appropriate for the job. I haven't used it yet so we will see

Would have preferred having some heads up as to how long I would have to wait to receive my order, a few days, several days, a few weeks. There were no heads up as to expected date of arrival. So I was wondering if I would ever get it. Had ordered July 30 and received it August 15.

There is only one problem, in New Zealand we use Kilometers Per Hour, the unit you supplied registers Miles Per Hour.
I would prefer a unit that registers Kilometers Per Hour. Can you change the HUD, Head up Display to show Kilometers Per Hour, & would there be any additional cost

My order was delivered in record time. While I love the way it makes my lashes look, it appears I am allergic to it! I constantly feel like I have something in my eyes! I am not going to be able to use it. So sorry.

Not sure I’m happy with this mascara. It is hard to put on without getting it on your lids.

I did read some bag reviews after I ordered this mascara, but I was pleasantly surprised. My order arrived promptly in good condition and is a good product.

I received products and they were not at all what was advertised. Contacted them through email for return/refund and have went back and forth for 2 weeks and after paying $60 for the 5 products the most they want to offer was $11 I still haven’t gotten a resolve they stopped responding to email.
Total scam! False advertising! They need to be shut down.

Just worked well, product, order and delivery

The item arrived quickly. It is as advertised. The brushless applicator does not cause clumps of product on the lashes. I recommend this mascara. The cost is quite low for the quality of the product.

I had all the typical doubts, but decided to try it. This product proved me wrong, it works as advertised..

My order came quickly. I’m pleased with the books, they are easy to read and demonstrate each movement clearly. I have just started to use them but feel I will be able to continue on a daily schedule.

I received my book quickly. The book is very helpful. I do think the price was a little high for what I received.

Awful company to deal with. They do not honor their return/refund policy. They will offer you a $2 refund and you keep the product. If you don’t accept they increase the refund by $2 each time, up to a $16 refund where they state they will lose their job if they go higher. I would not purchase anything from them.
