Fantastic condo! The master bedroom was bigger than my entire hotel room on Oahu a few days prior. The private, off-bedroom outdoor patio, included W/D, reserved parking space, and second full bathroom were excellent surprises.

The only negative comment: my stay was too short!

Bedroom was hot due to main AC vent being in Kitchen, had to keep temperature set to the lowest setting. Requested fan which was never delivered. Black mold on bathroom ceiling.

Great location with outstanding views We felt right at home. We will be back

We were not impressed with the new check-in procedure. It used to be a lot faster.

Location and amenities are great. We had a wonderful stay.

The staff at Condominium Rentals Hawaii (Maui Kamaole) were exceptional. Any issues were dealt with in a timely, friendly manner. Be aware that they are off site--the main desk only provides check in and parking information. However, we had someone at the unit within hours of any request.

The lady at the front desk was totally rude.
One had the impression of being disturbed and not being welcome at all.
I got a lousy room. Not clean and absolutely uncomfortable. It was cleaned with some toilet paper that was made wet and in the bathroom were still the hair of the predecessor. Disgusting.
When asked if I could change to another apartment, she rejected me with a gruff no.
The next day I called the manager hotline. Here I was greeted warmly and got another room, by feeling very comfortable. A great service.

The company was supportive and accommodating. Very professional.

They were professional and responsive with any questions/needs. My only improvement recommendation was that we were given 3 different instructions for late check in. I choose the most recent and it was incorrect.

Awesome resort! Very relaxed vibe! Great ocean views and fantastic staff! We love Sugar Beach! Rooms are set up very nice and a convenient place on-site to eat! Have stayed there twice and will be back!

Condo was great - both bed and couch very comfortable. Only request would be for more beach equipment.

The Palms at Wailea #2108 is a very nice condo. I would rate it with 5 stars but had to reduce rating to 4 stars for the following: 1) Ceiling fans in living room were not operational at check-in, 2) The condo may not have been used recently so the floors could have used a quick mopping, 3) The timer in the door lock expired before 10 am check-out, and 4) Owner should consider adding window treatment (i.e. miniblinds) to master bath window.

CRH did respond quickly to getting ceiling fans working.

A little slow to return messages that are left on the voice mail system, but once the call was returned, follow up service to take care of condo issues were immediate!

Nice condominium, very quiet and well equiped. Just perfect.

We booked a specific unit seen on line with our travel agent . The unit was definitely available at the time for the 2 weeks.

What a disappointment when after 16 hrs of traveling we get a different unit completely outdated (90's) !!!!!!!.
there is no way we would have rented this place if we had known !! WE looked at every unit that was available from Oct 19th -26th and felt that the requested unit looked pretty good , newer and clean.
The lame excuse was that we didn't contact them directly for the request and they couldn't guarantee the unit requested would be provided !!! What difference does that make ?? Unit requested is available , why would you not provide ?????
We ate on the balcony all of the time , at least we had an Ocean view …….
Everything else in Hawaii was great !!

Nice stay, but would state that you all should have shuttles. The tv provided could have provided better streaming. It kept having errors. Also, the hot tubs need to be working better and the swimming pools clear from bugs

Online was very simple to use and understand. We have stayed at sugar beach 5 times now and the Condominium Rentals Hawaii have always been polite and informative.

Everything from booking to arrival was great. Only one snafu, which wasn't the fault of CRH... batteries in programmed door died and we had to wait for help to enter the room again. But everyone was helpful.
