Great Boutique and amazing customer service! I came across their website just by chance, looking for a stand out and unusual necklace and their offering hit the brief, their range is absolutely fabulous and much better than the usual shops. Cristal Boutique carefully wrapped and packaged a beautiful circular drop necklace and delivered it to me in super quick time. When I opened it I was over the moon with the necklace but it was made all the more special with a handwritten note from the boutique owner Becca who kindly thanked me for the purchase and she hoped that I loved the necklace. What a lovely personal touch! I followed up with an email enquiry for matching jewellery pieces in that range and Becca kindly offered to check with the manufacturer which in my book is going over and beyond! I had a great shopping experience and will be back for more! I love Becca’s ‘What’s New’ blogs too. Thank you Becca
