extremely poor
Not everyone wants to use technology to require a simple license, I've been provided a tow license in brampton and Toronto but for some reason to achieve an tow license in barrie is absolutely crazy and barrie ontario just sends there citizens on a wild goose chase for this license, I've purchased the tow license two times giving all documents and I have no received any notification from you guys what so ever.
